I’ve been to Rixos Sungate twice, I will NEVER come back to this hotel again. The lady on reception Erina is extremely rude and dismissive. Four a family of four who booked with TUI a family room, we was given a one bed suite, the living sofa were not even converted to beds. I have come down to reception twice to complain, I have not even been here a full day and I’m ready to leave. This is underwhelming with bad service from management. How can you assign a family with a small child in a pram a walk up room with 20+ steps the last one being tall!
