I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay atyour hotel from 19.07 to 25.07 . Overall, I appreciated many aspects of your property. However, I felt compelled to reach out about a matter that left a concerning impression on me as a guest. During my stay, I unfortunately witnessed several instances where senior staff members including supervisors or managers treated junior employees or interns in a deeply unprofessional manner. Specifically, I observed unnecessary displays of authority, power dynamics, and most alarmingly, body-shaming comments directed at staff members or interns. While understand that hospitality environments are fast-paced and high-pressure, there is no place for disrespectful behavior or workplace bullying. As a paying guest, witnessing such interactions was not only uncomfortable but also significantly detracted from my overall impression of your hotel's values and professional standards. A hotel’s true hospitality is reflected not only in how guests are treated, but also in how leadership treats its own team members. Interns and junior staff deserve a respectful, supportive, and safe learning environment, free from harassment or demeanment. I am sharing this feedback constructively, with the hope that management will look into internal leadership practices and ensure that all staff members regardless of their role or seniority are treated with dignity and respect. Beautiful hotel and facilities. Main attraction for the children is land of legends which was a great addition for the children. Hotel is amazing and beautiful grounds, could be more at the orient area for the children - for example healthy snack options like fruit. Daghan was very lovely and helpful and listened to our feedback. He helped us to book the à la carte restaurants which we are yet to try. Thank you for all of your help and friendly approach.

Kids friendly environment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

- Dissapointing that no cooks are available for fresh omelettes or eggs from when the restaurant opens. - not enough entertainment for the older children and lack of things to do. - we did the watersports at a cost of 60euros per person- this is absolutely shocking price given the money already spent on the holiday package - staff are very helpful and polite - rooms & hotel are clean and tidy - photographers are very pushy and wanted 10euros for a photo with a pirate and parrot? Surely this should be something the hotel provides for their customers as part of a special holiday? - wont be returning anytime soon
