Rixos Premium Belek – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

We had a really lovely stay at Rixos Premium Belek. What stood out most was how seriously they took our son’s allergies. He has multiple significant allergies, and it’s usually quite stressful travelling, but the staff were genuinely careful and thoughtful. They asked us to give meal requests a day in advance and prepared his food separately to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The first day was a bit slow while they got used to us, but after that it worked really well. By the end of the week, they knew exactly what he needed. On our last day they even made lunch boxes for the journey home, which made a big difference. The kids’ club was also very good. The staff were warm and clearly enjoy working with children. They don’t have EpiPen training, which is worth knowing, but they were happy to take our son and we felt comfortable leaving him for a short time while staying nearby. They said they would call immediately if there were any issues. He’s 6 and knows how to use his EpiPen (although wouldn’t manage it fully himself yet), and he absolutely loved his time there and made some friends. For context, we’re both teachers and probably harder to impress than most. They also use allergy wristbands for children, which was reassuring. Food-wise, they were very accommodating, although it sometimes took a bit of organising. Getting sorbet from the Godiva café was a bit of a faff, but the staff always sorted it and clearly understood how serious allergies are. Towards the end of the stay they added Calippos to the ice cream freezers, which was great as initially there wasn’t anything suitable for him there. The hotel itself is very calm and relaxing, which we really appreciated. We visited Land of Legends a few times using the transfer (which was easy and well organised), but it was nice to come back to a quieter environment. The indoor pool and spa were lovely—I had the VIP hammam, which felt very private and relaxing. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. A couple of small things to note: the on-site shop is extremely expensive (we were charged €5 for a small pack of gum), so I’d avoid it if you can. Special thanks to Murat, Deniz and Bekir, who were amazing and went above and beyond for us. They made the whole experience extra special.

It was with high expectations that we went to this resort having heard rave reviews from friends.. I can now see why. The resort is beautiful with big pools and a fantastic kids club. What stood out was the guest relations team especially hamza and Nabila who went above and beyond for us to make our stay memorable and comfortable.. whatever we requested they made happen. The most important and worth mentioning thing is I became unwell requiring medical attention in the middle of the night. Immediately a doctor was called with a nurse on sight to triage. It was fantastic service though obviously paid for by us as we had travel insurance. Still quality and speed was amazing and I’m so grateful for all the attention. They switched our rooms to make us comfortable and checked in constantly to make sure I was feeling better. The teams at the ala carte were the best I have ever come across in terms of service and food.especially Asian and Italian. The only let down was the woman at entrance on our arrival. Completely bored on her phone and ignored us whilst we fetched ourselves a drink and went to find reception. She is letting the rest of the hard working amazing team down. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will come back!

What an incredible hotel! Where to start? The hotel is immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. The quality of the food and drink is really good, from the huge buffet to the Al a carte restaurants. There is always somewhere to sit whether around by the three pools or on the pier. You can always find a quiet terrace to sit also and admire the surroundings. The whole experience so far has been amazing. The staff are very polite and attentive. However a special mention must go to Anna with who were assigned via WhatsApp. Anna has been incredible! Anything we’ve asked of her has been fulfilled with a smile and courtesy. From helping us with reservations, our anniversary and answering our questions she has made our stay so special. She is a credit to the hotel and an ambassador for the Rixos brand. Kudos to her!

Very pleasent Hotel. Food and Drinks are really good. Beach and Bar are wonderful. The Hotel workers are very Nice and helpful if You have questions.

Return trip to here 2nd year on the run . This time with the whole family. It was great to be back and see all the familiar faces again. From all the staff @Peoples to Eliza . From the photographers to our personal assistant Anna who once more came to rescue and sorted few issues we had. The Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant, outdoor buffet as well as the big buffet were all amazing. The Greek restaurant was outstanding as always. Akşam was , unfortunately, once more disappointing. Once again the staff attitude lets the restaurant down. But all in all we all enjoyed our stay and will be coming back soon. It’s the staff who make this place and we thank each and every one of them ! 💞
