We had such a fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Belek and are already planning to come back next year. What surprised us most was just how relaxed the resort felt. It’s a huge, very family-friendly hotel, but it never felt hectic, crowded or overwhelming. We went in early September and there were always plenty of sunbeds available, lots of lovely spaces to sit and relax, and a really chilled atmosphere throughout the resort. The service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and attentive, but the service at the buffet particularly stood out. There was one server who was absolutely brilliant with us throughout our stay, always incredibly attentive and genuinely lovely, although unfortunately we didn’t get his name. Our WhatsApp assistant, Emine, was also fantastic. Being able to message her at any point with pretty much any question or request was such a brilliant service, particularly when travelling with a toddler. And the food was genuinely excellent. We’re not really “all-inclusive people” and we travel a lot, so we have fairly high standards when it comes to food. We honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed by the buffet. Everything was fresh, high quality and delicious, with a huge amount of choice. The Greek restaurant was a particular highlight and was probably our favourite meal of the trip. We also really enjoyed the Italian for lunch. We tried the steak/Turkish restaurant too, which was probably the one meal that didn’t live up to the standard of the others, but it was very much the exception. The drinks were also great. We were really impressed with the quality of the wine, the cocktails were good (although some were a little sweet) and there was a huge selection of soft drinks. We loved the little touches around the pool too, particularly being able to help ourselves to fresh fruit, cans of drinks and branded ice creams. Our room was lovely, modern and spotlessly clean. We booked the most basic room category and still had a balcony overlooking the trees and out towards the sea, which was a lovely bonus. Travelling with our 15-month-old was also incredibly easy. The hotel provided a cot, bedding, baby bath and other useful things in the room, and he absolutely loved the playroom and splash pad. The pools were beautifully clean and a good temperature, and he was perfectly happy in them. The only thing we would have liked to see more of was baby changing facilities around the resort. The beach was lovely too. There are a few small stony sections, but we didn’t find water shoes necessary. The sea was warm and incredibly relaxing, and we had an amazing day in one of the VIP cabanas. The service there was fantastic and we genuinely felt waited on hand and foot, while the cabana’s location in a quieter part of the beach made it feel particularly special. There was also a really nice balance in the evenings. Plenty of relaxed places to sit and unwind, alongside different entertainment every night. We particularly loved ending the evening at the Godiva café for dessert. Overall, Rixos Premium Belek completely exceeded our expectations. It manages to be a huge, family-friendly all-inclusive while still feeling calm, relaxed and genuinely luxurious. The food and service were exceptional, and travelling with a young child couldn’t have been easier. We had an amazing holiday and would absolutely recommend it. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

We came here for our family holiday in June and had a fantastic time. We all really enjoyed our stay. The entertainment was great, the food was lovely, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were lots of activities to get involved in, which we really enjoyed. I particularly loved joining the daily yoga sessions with Olya — she was fantastic and the sessions were a real highlight of my holiday. We also experienced a sound bath, which was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The only negative for us was booking reservations for the evening dinners. We found the reservation process quite difficult, and unfortunately this is the one thing that lets the overall hotel experience down. We feel this could be made much easier for guests. Apart from that, we had a wonderful family holiday and made some lovely memories. There was something for everyone, and we would definitely consider coming back again

The Rixos Premium Belek is definitely premium. The hotel was huge but perfectly maintained and cleanly throughout. The room facilities were fantastic and with excellent deco. The restaurant both buffet and À la carte provided excellent choice, quality and presentation of food. We specifically enjoyed the Italian and pan Asian restaurants. Re dinner drinks in Irish bar meant we could sample the variety of branded drinks of which there were infinite choices. The lady behind the bar ( we did not get her name) was good fun and super friendly. The sports activities were wide ranging allowing you to try out activities never done before and were run by experts (the hotel even brought in experts to run certain classes) When you check in you are allocated an assistant and I cannot thank Emine enough for making our stay at Rixos so perfect. She was so helpful, polite and friendly. Made our stay special. A day and evening trip to Land of legends was definitely worth it. Great facilities in water park and shopping mall. Would highly recommend and will definitely want to go back.
