Amazing experience from the minute we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. Rooms are clean and well kept daily. Food has been excellent Staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. Especially Nebila, Melissa and Hamza they made our stay so much better, any queries they are there to help! Would definitely recommend this hotel

Me and my husband stayed at the Rixos Premium Belek in Antalya for my son’s 1st birthday and it exceeded all expectations. When we arrived, there were chocolate strawberries and drinks on arrival and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Food was really nice, loads of variety, they had 7 à la carte restaurants so you could try different cuisines. One thing i loved was the Lumin app, which made communication with the hotel so easy and convenient during our stay. A special mention to the lovely Starbucks lady downstairs who worked in the evening, she was always so kind and welcoming, and also to Furqan the photographer, he was such an amazing guy who made our memories even more special. The hotel made my son’s first holiday and birthday perfect. When we arrived they provided a travel cot for my son straight away, they decorated our room for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff at both the Italian restaurant and Pan Asian restaurant went above and beyond by bringing out a cake and making a real fuss of him which was actually so nice of them. Loved the Turkish food at the Akşam restaurant, to be honest all the restaurants had amazing food, you just have to make sure you book your reservation in the morning at 10am as they have limited spaces and book out straight away. There is a Godiva Cafe which was all included, the desserts are amazing. The hotel is baby and family friendly to, lots of families but also a lot of couples. My son is 1 year old and there was so much for him to do, cute play areas, arcades, baby food available, and even a kids restaurants. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough and I definitely will be staying again. I feel like overall the service, food, atmosphere, staff were great. Can’t wait to stay again.
