I travelled with. my husband, daughter, son in law and 3 year old grandson. We had previously stayed at another resort in Antalya 13 times. This time we stayed at Rixos Premium Belek. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Media from guest services. She escorted us to our rooms She was friendly, informative and she assisted us during our stay with dining reservations. She also did a wonderful surprise by organising flowers, cake and decorations for my daughters wedding anniversary.. Thank you Media. All the Ala carte restaurants are very good. We especially enjoyed our evening at the Greek restaurant, great food, service and entertainment. We also enjoyed lunches and dinner at the Italian restaurant, again great food and service. We have all had a wonderful holiday. Allen Family.
Recommendation for Rixos Belek We’ve stayed at Rixos hotels six times now, and every visit has been amazing with truly unique experiences. If the other Rixos hotels are a solid 9–10, then Rixos Belek is a 12. Absolutely perfect in every way — thank you again, Rixos, for another unforgettable stay!
Everything was great we liked the food and the cleaning and peoples restoran was amazing servise
everything was great we like the service and the food
This was our third visit to an all inclusive, but our first 5 star. The Rixos Premium Belek, is both grand and a little dated in places, but overall the experience was worth the loft price. We arrived in the very early hours of Tuesday morning, to be greeted by a porter and front desk staff, both of whom spoke excellent English (I heard several staff switch between, English, Turkish, Russian and German on this stay, all comfortable, and I never had a language issue, despite speaking no Turkish myself). We were checked in, and the porter escorted us to our room, while giving us a brief overview of the hotel. Remembering Turkey’s tipping culture, I thanked the porter and offered him fair compensation. We had a king sized room, with a large shower, toilet and numerous mirrors. The TV was hidden within one of these mirrors (selection of channels, couldn’t find any smart features, Netflix, etc). Room has a safe, basic coffee making facilities, fridge with juices and beer (we had to ask for this to be restocked, as while it was included in the all inclusive, it wasn’t automatically refilled). The room aesthetic was a little dated, but was comfortable, the pillows less so, the bed was nice to lie on. The room has a balcony which was excellent to dry swimwear on, a little hanging area attached to the wall. Outside of the room, the hotel really comes into its own. The food hall serves 4 times a day, mildly different each serving and mildly different each day. Some areas would have special plates on, so it’s worth investigating before just filling up on your buffet favourites. The food court below, did a smaller selection from noon till 6pm, I only discovered the jacket potatoes at the end of my stay, which was a shame, as they were excellent. Away from buffet food, there are 4 restaurant’s, Italian (Pizza, pasta), Asian (mainly sea food), Turkish (mainly meat) and Greek (mainly plate smashing). Unfortunately for me, my wife is a picky eater, so we only got to the Italian, very nice, very filling. There is also peoples bar that does a select menu, but I mainly stayed around the buffet food, to keep up my energy levels. What was I burning energy on... Swimming. While there are lots of pre planned activities, (download the Rixos app, it’ll tell you every day what’s on and where) I don’t get to swim often, and this was a chance to do a lot of it. 3 big pools down by the beach bar, near the sea, but the real gem is in the Spa (or more accurately, behind the spa), an adults only swim up bar. We spent the most of our time there, it’s in the sun pretty much all day, and swim up bar. The waiter there was pro active, going around the cabana huts asking people if they wanted drinks, it was a very nice, relaxed experience. Plus side, access to 4 different saunas (Traditional, bio, Russian, steam) and a salt room (good for your breathing apparently). All free to use. There is also an indoor pool. There are plentiful bars, and once again the staff are incredible, always friendly and even if they are busy, they take time to acknowledge you, they’ll be right with you, which is always nice. The Lounge bar is open 24 hours, but be there one night between 9pm 10.30pm for the piano player, he was very good. You can get cocktails at all the bars except the Irish sports bar. You can only get the good whiskey (Macallan 12) at the Sports bar, it was the only exclusive drink I was aware of in terms of the all inclusive. You can buy bottles of wine, but the house wine is very drinkable. Sports bar had 3 different feeds on, showing different sports. The beach bar often had late night entertainment in the form of a band most evenings, a mix of things, but always entertaining, and they often gave out popcorn and nuts. There is a big band stand stage, but it mainly for kids’ entertainment from what we saw. We never went to the nightclub but did see it open. Near the Food court, is Godiva, is you want a sweet treat go there, ignore the cakes in the buffet and head down stairs for excellent ice cream, or a cake. Coffee their smelt strong, but I didn’t not partake so can’t comment on quality. Two Starbucks, one inside one out. Also the whole hotel complex has a trail to walk, which is nice to do in the cooler evenings. On top of all that, you also get access to the Land of Legends Theme & Water park. They have buses that can take you there and bring you back, but be early, as they left very promptly. When you get off the bus, you are given a wrist band to get in, this tells people you can from this particular hotel, other colour bands for other ticket types. Your wrist band acts as your wallet, you purchase everything in the park with it. There are cash points to load up the band with either cash or card. (The bands only work in the water and theme park, we didn’t see anywhere to use them in the shopping area, so make sure you use it all up). The park is great fun, spent more time in the water part than the theme bit, queues for rides was short, but we’re marginally off season at the start of June. We then went into the shopping district, which was fine, nothing special, theirs probably better shopping elsewhere. We would strongly recommend Rixos Premium Belek to everyone. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful, and it’s well worth the price. There are a few things that they could do with improvement. Signposting – just around the complex, where things are, there are a few, but not many. Room TV – Worked maybe 50% of the time, sometimes yellow spinning wheel of doom, sometimes just black screen. Sometimes completely different channels to what we get normally. A smart TV would go a long way. One thing of note, the entire holiday was booked by my wife, in her name, primary booker. The TV welcomed message had my name, everything was in my name, and I was contacted to ask for a review. Other than sign in form as the secondary person, my name wasn’t on anything. This maybe cultural, but it was strange. In conclusion, I would recommend Rixos Premium Belek, it’s a fantastic venue, well worth it’s 5 star’s. The staff are wonderful, and the facilities excellent. I will be working off all the food I ate for months to come.
