Our third visit although great I wouldn't rate it excellent anymore as it's losing some of its charm. We've tried a couple of hotels in Turkey but always came back to premium belek as it had touches the middle tier hotels didn't but it feels like it's slowly starting to lose some of those. Pros: Still an excellent 24/7 restaurant, kids club, drinks to tables by pool and beach via qr website ordering and lots of a la carte choices and lovely rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. From our last visit the evening entertainment feels like a step up from our last visit in 2024. Some removal of perks, on the land of legends excursion you used to get given towels and water upon arrival by the bus transport thats now gone. Also the receptionist told us to grab some waters which we did (glass bottles) and was told they'd be fine they immediately got conviscated upon arrival as expected. Luckily land of legends had nickelodeon land open so we didn't need towels as son was entertained enough with rides. The WhatsApp has been replaced by some AI bot on the Rixos app and the evening entertainment table it provided as wrong, which in fairness it's wrong on app so not the AI fault. These little things add up and not having to worry about the little details is why we used to pay the premium (no pun intended) to go to rixos Premium against middle tier hotels. My son liked the addition of the squishy painting to rixies kids club. Haven't seen them do outdoors things like treasure hunts but we're still only half way thru holiday. On Fridays they now also have a rixies kids club day which looks pretty cool so will update review based on what that's like. A la carte wise we've been to Italian restaurant still fantastic, the aksam lost bit of its charm the signature cocktails have been massively reduced and the long grey haired bloke there used to make it what it was, he seems to have gone now it was still fine but not amazing. Staff seemed too busy trying to sell wine add ons. Prices for bubble Wands for kids are extreme at 43 euros, which isn't just overly priced it's robbery. Even at Disney land paris we only paid £16 for a lilo and stitch one so I recommend pack toys in suitcase before arrival to give to your kids. In the downstairs shop they wanted 83 euros for a shark goo jit zu that's £9 in smyths in the UK so yeah be prepared! Overall still a great holiday but not quite worth five stars anymore for me. Next year I'll see how it compares price wise with other options and make up my mind then.

We went as a group of 9 of us ranging in ages 4 - 60s. This place ticks a lot of boxes and could improve in a couple of places. We went in the last week of May and the weather was really good, even the pools that weren’t heated were fine to swim in. Pros: Middle pool was heated Hotel is kept clean Rooms are very nice Indoor pool heated Nice spa facilities eg sauna & steam room included in all inclusive À la cart restaurants included in the all inclusive - and they were very good (however 8 nights and they were ‘fully booked’ until we kicked up a fuss and made them get us into 2 restaurants but that was insisting we was there for a 40th birthday - so on a positive the staff who made that possible for us to get us into those two restaurants was very helpful) People’s restaurant you didn’t have to book and that was very nice Staff are very friendly, helpful and nice Food for an all inclusive is very good including lunch time Doner and a Starbucks to name a few things Nice quality of guests staying here Entertainment is good for kids and adults with kids club and adult shows in the evening Pool/beach bar has live music or DJ in the afternoon and then again at night and entertainment was excellent The drinks included in the all inclusive is very impressive with their range of branded spirits Snacks always available crisps/nuts Plenty of bars, piano bar with a pianist in the evening, the Irish pub, and a few others. You can order drinks from you sun beds either from staff on roller skates or by a QR code It’s right on the beach which is mixed with sand and stones Buffet selection would change and was very tasty, from sushi and Italian stations to meats and fish etc Toilets everywhere and kept clean as well Shuttle takes you to land of legends and give you a wrist band to go to the theme parks for free Flat grounds with lifts so it makes it wheel chair and buggy friendly everywhere Cons: As it’s large you will walk a lot to get to one place to another - which can be a pro also as you can burn off some of the food you’ve been eating all holiday. It’s unnecessarily difficult to actually book the à la carte restaurants even though when you get into the restaurants there are empty tables When ordering food at the à la cartes the staff are very friendly but the food when ordering doesn’t necessarily come out correctly, although its free we don’t like wasting food and they may bring out the same meal for starter and main course so doubling your order, they may have certain plates missing, or they may bring out a meal as a starter when you ask for it as a main so little things that ruin that 5 star experience but doesn’t ruin the meal or the night either, more frustrating these little things are so avoidable. Although the guests are well behaved and kids are well behaved some guests are rude in taking disabled tables when they are not disabled, and also some would push right in front of you and not queue at the buffet and especially at the bar, there would be a better system if the staff were able to help guests find tables and there were queues lined up clearly at the bars so they know who’s next in line as the staff have already a lot to do. At the buffet it’s very annoying that the knives and forks are always missing and it’s a domino effect of taking them from another table. I’m sure a better system can be put in place to avoid that also. The shuttle bus times could be a little better as you can certainly work with it but it’s also a little restricting too. The shops in the hotel out price themselves, a small tub of cream could be €20 and to get your child’s hair done in fun colours €100 if the prices where more ‘normal’ they would have a lot more custom. So overall nothing majorly negative, it’s very positive this place and it’s very good and impressive for an all inclusive. I would recommend it and the land of legends as their rides are very good for all ages, both the water park and the rollercoasters, the shops have a great selection too but they are more expensive than else where which is a shame.

Very happy with my choice of hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed, the room was comfortable, and the staff were always helpful when I needed something. Would definitely recommend it.
