Great hotel, with very helpful staff. I visited it third time, always without any complaints. Even outside high season, when not all facilities are available, you can spend great time here.

Hotel was good about drinks we like the cocktails and foods restaurants food was good and we like the cleaning our rooms cleaned everyday the shows was good we will come back next year

Tuncay was the best! The bar is brilliant, never had to wait and the drinks were awesome, especially the Hugo cocktail. Food was great, especially the buffet House keeping was excellent, room was always super clean.

Our stay at Rixos Tekirova was truly outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers an incredible range of amenities—especially for families with children. For kids, it’s a dream come true. There are so many activities and programs that keep them entertained all day long. Our children had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. At the same time, it’s also a perfect place for adults to relax and enjoy. The food is of exceptionally high quality, with a wide variety of delicious options. The drinks selection is equally impressive. One of the highlights for us was the sports program. The classes—such as yoga, stretching, biking, and paddling—are very well organized and genuinely enjoyable. The instructors are highly professional, friendly, and create a great atmosphere. There are also fantastic sports activities tailored specifically for children. The entire staff is extremely competent, attentive, and always welcoming. You can really feel the dedication and passion throughout the hotel. We have traveled extensively around the world and stayed in many different hotels, and we can honestly say that this is one of the very best. This is already our second stay here, and we would come back again and again—it’s truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Overall, Rixos Tekirova is a fantastic destination that we highly recommend with complete confidence.

Mixed experience. The beach and pool are great, and most of the bar, beach, and pool staff are amazing. However, the service from some staff and certain facilities really needs improvement. The cleaners do not restock essential items, leaving us to request them from reception, where the staff are also unhelpful. The guest relations staff are rude and did not allow me or my partner to finish a sentence. If you are looking to reserve a table at the only two nice restaurants, you will likely be unable to do so, as the reservation system closes after just 10 seconds. If you then try to walk in later, even when the restaurant is basically empty, you are told a reservation is still needed. This results in a frustrating experience, sending you back and forth to the unhelpful reception staff. Regarding the facilities, there is only one bar open after 5pm. Another restaurant closes after 9pm, and the only option available after serving poor-quality hamburgers. Despite these issues, the views are stunning, and the resort is clean, with some genuinely lovely staff.
