
We visited Rixos Premium Tekirova as large group of 23 people returning May 28th 2026. My family and I stayed for 2 weeks, returning after 2 years to this amazing resort. The location and view from this hotel are stunning and the weather was perfect averaging around 25-26c during our trip. On arrival we were offered a complimentary upgrade on our rooms which allowed for my family and I to be close together and allowed my parents to share a larger room with comfort as my father has a disability. The most important consideration for us was food and hygiene. Both my children have SEVERE AND LIFE THREATENING FOOD ALLERGIES which can lead to anaphylaxis and hospitalisation. On arrival we were met by CAGRI GEDIK [Guest relations manager], BEGUM KIZIKLBOGA [Dietician], and a wider team of chefs and supporting staff. We were given a dedicated area in the kitchens for food to be prepared safely which was overlooked by a dedicated chef and a wider team. We would advise the team on the types of foods my children would enjoy and these were prepared to a very high standard daily, and served by nominated individuals who exercised extreme caution in regards to hygiene. Even special requests for foods such as sushi and certain kebabs were arranged with no issues at all. Special arrangements were made by the room service team to ensure no allergenic foods were kept in the children's minibar fridge and even particular Sorbets were kept aside at the Ice Cream bar for when my children fancied something cold and sweet. We were mainly hosted at the People's Restaurant for most of or meals. BARAM UKUKAN - captain of the team was OUTSTANDING in every way- respectful, professional, efficient, presentable and always went out of his way to make my boys feels special and safe. We was supported by an amazing team consisting of FIKRET AKIN, SEFA and others. The children's meals were prepared by BASRI who provided wholesome and tasty meals for the boys daily even though he had limited options to play with- A MASSIVE THANKS TO YOU. Other honorable mentions [even though too many to mention!] Mandarin Restaurant: ALI YALCIN, ROZA and the whole team in general- amazing service, cleanliness and efficiency- great food too ! Turquoise restaurant - Ihsan - always greets you with a million dollar smile. Truly looked after my wider family throughout our trip. Even helped arrange Indian food when asked. Service is always perfect when he is on duty. A'la Turca Restaurant: Whole team was amazing and food was stunning especially the location by the beach. Rixy Club: Great team. A special thanks to ILHAM who is amazing with children and always brings a great energy to the team. The boys are already missing her :(. What a fantastic asset to the team A final statement: This is dedicated to Cagri Gedik [Guest Relations Manager]. This our second visit to this resort and this is due to how we have been hosted by this truly amazing gentleman who we now consider family. He managed our every request regarding food/allergens/safety to an impeccable standard. He has an amazing aura bout him which makes you feel safe and welcome. To manage children with severe food and contact allergies in such a large resort was very impressive. We will definitely be back Thank you all for another memorable stay.

Disappointing experience at a hotel that falls well below the premium standard advertised. We stayed in a Duplex Pool Villa booked through TUI. Having previously stayed at several 5-star resorts in Turkey, including Barut Acanthus, Paloma Orenda, Ela Excellence and Anda Barut Collection, as well as Rixos Premium Belek, we feel this hotel is significantly below the standard we expected from a property marketed as "Premium". From arrival, we encountered a number of room maintenance issues including: • Phones in the room not working • Mirror light not functioning • Detached/broken light switch • Fridges not working on arrival • Room cleaning / do not disturb controls loose and coming away from the wall • Difficulties accessing WiFi, requiring repeat visits to reception • TV music and radio functions not working To the hotel's credit, an alternative room was offered. However, after viewing it, it appeared virtually identical in specification and condition to our current room. Travelling with two young children aged 4 and 1, we did not feel that packing everything up and moving rooms would provide any meaningful improvement to our stay. Unfortunately, our concerns have not been limited to the room. During our stay, the salmon fillet served at the buffet contained numerous bones, while the chicken dish in the à la carte Italian restaurant (which carried an additional charge) was so chewy that we chose not to eat it. What has disappointed us most is not any single issue in isolation, but the overall standard. We have never previously felt compelled to make a formal complaint or leave a review. We are generally very easy-going travellers and understand that occasional issues can occur. However, the cumulative effect of the room condition, maintenance shortcomings and food quality concerns has left us feeling that this hotel does not currently reflect either the premium Rixos brand or the 5-star luxury experience being advertised. There are undoubtedly positive aspects to the resort, including the grounds, location and facilities, but based on our experience, the accommodation quality and overall attention to detail fall short of what we expected from a hotel positioned at this level.
