Really cool, we love this place it’s perfect

Really enjoyed the stay at Rixos together with family and friends we were a company of 12 people including kids. Yes, a bit off season and all of attractions were not open, but most of restaurants, aqua park slides and things to do for kids, were! Special thanks to guest relations staff - Tamerlan Asst.Manager, Gem and Shadi - Guest Relations Supervisor for helping with arrangements at à la carte restaurants, as we were a big company - à la Turk - one of the best meat I have ever tasted - special thanks to Chef, and Mandarin, where we celebrating my birthday at Mandarin - food was delicious, kids really liked the cooked ice cream! Guest relations also gave me a gift - room full of balloons, a cake, fruits, vine, champagne and sweets in room for my family. Mandarin staff sang a happy birthday song and we had the best service all around our stay at Rixos! Hotel room was clean, and cleaned every day, the Rixy kids house for kids had a room for babies full of toys to play with, also a change room with extra diapers of all sizes and wipes which was awesome! Every staff member was smiling and waving to our kid and us, we really felt welcome here. Thank you for this experience, hope to see you soon!

Excellent food, fantastic service.

Rixos is always super nice. Tekirova's value is one of the best in Turkey. Food is always good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and big. The atmosphere is very nice. They renewed the bar downstairs its very nice. Very good for families and kids. We have been here twice now, and we got a free room upgrade that was very generous of them.
