Rixos Premium Tekirova – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. As with previous visits it was a fantastic week spent at the hotel. Service was excellent and could not fault the food and drink choices. On arrival there were a couple of minor issue in the room. This was fed back to reception and was resolved pretty much immediately. The next day one of the managers Cansu Namdar asked to speak to us. The way the issue was dealt with could not be faulted. Cansu could not do enough and was our point of contact for the rest of the week and sorted any issues for us as well as booked anything for us and took away any hassle in the holiday. Could not fault the way this was dealt with and the way it was handled and would leave a 5* review for both the hotel and management. Thank you and we will be def returning again next holiday.

My family returned to Rixos Tekirova for the second summer, and once again we were blown away by what has quickly become our favourite place to holiday. The resort is beautifully kept and spotlessly clean in all areas, with a fantastic location on the beach and surrounded by picturesque mountains. We landed at 4am to a smooth check-in process and were well looked after by Serhan in the 24hr restaurant. There is an excellent activities and entertainment programme, made even better this year by the newly-refurbished Rixy kids' club. My daughter attended classes in Robotics, Arts & Crafts, Music and Woodworking, all under the supervision of friendly, attentive staff who went out of their way to take care of her, especially a wonderful young man called Efe. My wife and I took part in Mountain Biking, Archery, Spin and Aqua Fitness, and the whole family loved the on-site waterpark, complete with slides and a lazy river! Firat and Samira in particular stood out for their friendly manner and excellent humour. The nightly entertainment at the Lotus Bar is incredible, with a wonderful stage set up and a varied, thrilling line-up of dancers, magicians, DJs, bands and daredevils. The party then continues at the Vista Beach bar, where there is more live music and brilliant bartenders to take care of your every need. Rixos' biggest asset is their people, who greeted us everywhere we went with sincere warmth and slick professionalism. Special mentions go to Omer, Cansel, Sinem, Betul and Serap in the Lotus Bar, who made our holiday by providing the highest levels of service, Efe in the Sports bar, and Dogan and Furkan in the Vista Beach bar. We genuinely couldn't have asked for anything more. Our final thank you goes to Cansu, Director of Rooms, who kindly facilitated an upgrade to our room and was on hand throughout our holiday to book activities, restaurant reservations and answer our questions about the local area. I have nearly 25 years' experience as a senior manager in high-level hospitality in the UK, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you, Rixos, for the best 2 weeks of my year. See you next year!

The kids club was amazing. The workshops and the staff were brilliant. Our little boy loved playing there and we knew he was safe. The shows both kids and adults were brilliant but the noise levels were incredibly loud. Generally the noise level was loud - exercise class by the pool, all the shows. Too loud for our little boy and pretty loud for us too. We’ve never encountered this before so not sure if it is a Rixos specific thing or specific to Turkey. This was our first holiday in a Turkish resort. The food and accommodation and service were all excellent. The trip to the Land of Legends was amazing. Overall we couldn’t fault the hotel and the service however there were issues with transfers to Land of Legends and also back to the airport - not sure if that’s normal but seemed quite disorganized. It all worked out in the end and we had a wonderful holiday!
