We are at Mandatin restaurant and we’re blown away by the service. Our hostess Bernadette was so lovely, wonderful with the children and helped us make excellent food choices. We left having the best à la carte experience of the trip. Even more incentive to come back for a third year and experience the heaven that is this Rixos resort. Thank you!

This is our second time choosing Rixos Premium Tekirova for our family vacation, and once again it exceeded all our expectations! The new Rixy Kids Club is absolutely amazing. The new rooms and the variety of fun and educational classes kept our kids happy every day. A very special thank you to Ilham, who was incredibly kind, caring, and wonderful with the children. I also loved the new Zumba classes with Muhammad. They were energetic, fun, and one of the highlights of my vacation! The food was exceptionally delicious, with a fantastic variety every day. The Lotus Bar was another favorite spot—such a great atmosphere with amazing drinks and entertainment. Most importantly, every single staff member made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Shadi for his outstanding hospitality and kindness. Thank you, Rixos Premium Tekirova, for another unforgettable family holiday. We truly felt at home, and we already can't wait to come back. We only wish our vacation had never ended!

I stay in Rooms 1531 and 1231 and we stayed from the 29th June to 7th July 2026 Room cleanliness is amazing and everything with the hotel was amazing with the activities, drinks and the overall service at the hotel was amazing. We were well looked after from the offset and felt at the top of the staff priorities the drinks food and everything were amazing. We were looked after by Cem from guest relations really went above board to help us with our reservations and made our last few days really special and went above and beyond to help us.
