Rixos Sungate – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

We stayed here end of may 2026. This is not our first Rixos. I've been to Rixos in Egypt and Antalya before. My expectations were not met. For sure, this is still very good territory, a lot of entertainment, and a clean room. II have never had such a queueof 10 min for a simple fried egg, not an omelet with different components. Waitress never ignored me in other Rixos hotels. Today I woke up early, to find coffee was a quest. Beach coffee statio supposed to start at 7.00 ( as written in the programm) . So I got there at 7.20 to find out that it starts at 7.30. So I was waiting... Our group of paddlers on SUP left at 8:00. No coffee... It is the first time I found SUP in Rixos. This is great Opportunity. The aqua park is super cool. The kids' club is big and full of options. Gummy marmalade is a super cool option that starts at 20:30. But the rest of the food-related services are far-far away from other Rixos. The same grilled seabass every day is not an option for a non-meat person. No fresh juices, no seafood. Rude personnel at the main restaurant, difficult to find a table , and impossible to fimd an English-speaking person. Only yesterday some seasonal fruits appeared. Is it compensation for crazy queues and nothing to drink in the restaurant? This is not a Rixos anymore. Just a good 5 stars hotel, there many like this. My room 2246

Overall, highly recommended All inclusive resort. There are plenty of activities for kids and adults. Weather in May was good, water was a bit cold at the sea also the swimming pools. Kids pool and Marina pool was reasonably heated. Food was good, variety, main restaurant is busy especially at dinner time. According to waiter they serve 2000+ person per night. Expect crowd and wait time. Costa coffee is quite good, the barista lady Fatma is a hard worker and making a difference. Nonstop coffee service throughout the day. Thank you Fatma! The resort is approx 45-60 min away from the airport. And slightly more than that to the lands of the legends. Guest service ILDAR was very pleasant and informative person, he provided complementary dinner at the Mandarin and explained everything. Look for him when you are there he is the best. La carte restaurant seafood casual has really outstanding atmosphere. The food however, is average. Things that could be improved: 1. Iron at the room. (Not available). 2. Service at the main restaurant, turquoise. It is understood that it is quite difficult to service many people at the same time but there could be ways to improve the service or move into self service completely. I noticed that some items not available early when the restaurant open. E.g. oven doesn’t start for fresh Turkish pastries at 7:00. 3. Options for the la carte restaurants can be improved. E.g. instead of farm fish to wild fish
