Rixos Sungate – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

We had an incredible stay at Rixos Sungate! The setting between the mountains and the sea is stunning, but the exceptional team truly made our trip unforgettable. A special thank you to Amir from Guest Relations, who was absolute gold—incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. To make our anniversary even more memorable, the resort went the extra mile and surprised us with a wonderful room upgrade! Highlights: Spa & Wellness: The spa facilities were fantastic and offered pure relaxation. Dining: Outstanding variety and high quality across all the restaurants. Atmosphere: Immaculate grounds, great pools, and superb service everywhere you turn. Rixos Sungate exceeded every expectation. Thank you to Amir and the entire team for making our anniversary so special—we can’t wait to return!

Nice hotel for families! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Super good personal experience. They helped us with all questions.

Sungate is a fantastic resort. Great mix of clientell (not too many Estonians (as an Estonian it is in my DNA not to like othere Estonians)), friendly staff, beautiful surroundings (grand montain on one side, Meddeterranian sea on the other. On every step and at all times you are taken care by the staff and guest relations in particular. My every wish was fulfilled swiftly and every question got an instant answer even during ShiftLeaders' (Kaoutar) day off. It seemd to be one person, but there has to be a teem behind that name. I had a privilage of staying in a couple of rooms and above all the Executive villas were my family's favorite for sure. All premices were very well cleaned and maintained. There was a wide selection of extra services (a la carte restaurants, spa treatments, activities). What makes all that super easy is that i had direct contact with guest relations at all times (via WhatsApp). THere was a good wifi coverage in all parts of the resort. Overall 100/100.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Sungate! A special thank you to our tour representative, who was absolutely fantastic — helpful, professional, and friendly. After sharing the news of my pregnancy, we received a lovely surprise: sweet treats delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture! The dinners at the hotel restaurants were also unforgettable — not only a delight for the taste buds but a feast for the eyes. These special touches made our holiday even more memorable. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️
