We satyed at Rixos Sungate from 8 th of July till 14 th of July. Our expectations were Big but unfortunatelly we got really dissapointed. It is not at all a 5 star hotel. The first thing we got confused about is the reception, that looks disgustinng, old furniture that was not cleaned for a long time. No bar at the reception, no one cares about you. The next thing was the room, we reserved a Superior Room Land view and we were informed that it is located in the main building, and obviously it was really far from the sea, swimming pool and restaurant, this moment was very dissponinting as it was our condition to have all near us. The beach is not arranged at all as respectful 5 star hotels do. There was imposibile to go on the beach because of small stones that were hot and hurting much. The food is the worst we have ever met, we used to eat the same every day. No options at all. The only thing we liked was the teritory that was amazin, everything was green and looking amazing. It is really not a vacation if you need to walk 15-20 min with 2 kids to get to the restaurant or the sea. The hotel didnt do nothing to solve our problem, furthermore at our Last day, we got a message that if we want at the concert of Timati the next day when we leave they can organise a table for us obviously separate payment. It seems they are searching only methods how to gain more money, no clients….

We had an amazing holiday here with family celebrating a big birthday! Nadia in guest relations was incredibly helpful in arranging our booking at the fantastic Japanese restaurant. Everything was perfect! We enjoyed treatments in the amazing Spa and booked a fun trip out on a speed boat. The Marine Bar made amazing cocktails and it’s a really chilled atmosphere. We also enjoyed the sports bar - watching the football, playing pool and cards. The Rooms were all spacious and very clean. The noodle bar and croissants were popular with us all! Highly recommend 😊

I like the rixy club specially Ms. Kaoutar .. she been great.. nice and helpful.. she is a plus to the rixy kids club

We were really disappointed with our stay at Rixos Sungate Antalya. Although there were some positives, it did not feel like the 5-star luxury experience we were expecting. The rooms were lovely, spacious and cleaned to a high standard every day. The pools and water park were excellent and were definitely the highlight of our holiday. Unfortunately, everything else was quite disappointing. The food became repetitive very quickly, with many of the same dishes served every evening. There was also very little that catered to English tastes, so after a few days we found ourselves eating the same things over and over. The entertainment was another let-down. Most of the shows and activities weren't in English, making them difficult to follow or enjoy. We expected a much more international entertainment programme. The beach was probably the biggest disappointment. It is extremely rocky, making it painful to walk on and difficult to get into the sea without hurting your feet. We couldn't enjoy the sea at all because of this. For a hotel marketed as a luxury 5-star all-inclusive resort, the drinks offering was poor. Cocktails were only available at one bar, and even there the selection was very limited. Most bars didn't serve cocktails at all, which was surprising. The snack bar also became frustrating, as some guests were filling bags and piling up multiple plates of food while staff didn't intervene. This regularly created long queues for everyone else. Overall, while the rooms, pools and water park were fantastic, they weren't enough to make up for the repetitive food, disappointing entertainment, poor drinks selection and unusable beach. We left feeling that this hotel doesn't offer the 5-star experience it promises, and unfortunately we wouldn't return.
