Royal Seginus

The hotel is very big and grand looking until you get up close the floors are filthy the tables clothes have stains on them even when just changed inform of you. Food is cold and under cooked. We spent extra money to have cabana just get hot food served to us. The hotel lost power so your force to work round with your torch on.

Can Beyazgül, Fatih and Aruzhan very good and nice animation team. Good hotel, guest friendly, nice rooms and the food is nice. Next year we will be there again

Initial arrival was good, late, but a nice friendly and an easy check in and advised we had received a room upgrade, all heading in the right direction. The room stinks. Like it's a 40 a day smokers room, rancid and could smell it before we opened the door. My wife went to advise, response was disgusting. Take it or the next room will be downgrade. Went to the Bistro, jesus, it was hell fire, tables full of wasted food, folk complaining. No drinks, CHAOS! Came back to room. Complained again. No bed made for the little one, the smell ! It's 1am, wife is in tears and we're stuck. A member of staff arrived to spray the room, we had to say no, can't fumagate a room whilst kids have dropped to the deck on the bed, shattered. He was lovely and knew instantly that the room was not fit for purpose. I'm wondering how I came to pay over 5000 pounds for this experience! And it's only day 1 !
