Amazing resort, made the conference experience seamless

Brilliant rooms, good mannered staff. But the restaurant is very cold and the food is cold .

We stayed at Titanic Deluxe Lara during first week of April then came to Royal Seginus for the second week. After a bumpy start it turned out to be a pleasant experience at Royal Seginus. We loved our spacious room with ample space for everything. The best feature of yhe room has to be the steam shower cabinet. It.waa a great shower 🚿 experience. The view from our room was great. A huge thanks to Miral at the reception to sort everything out of us, she even allowed us late check out as our check in was delayed due to some misunderstanding with our travel agency. The hotel grounds were beautiful the cobra slide we loved although could be dangerous has your toe can hit the bar in the middle or your head can hit cobra fangs so ge careful 🧐. All the other slides at the water park were also fun so was indoor heated swimming pool. Food was also lovely waiters were polite and helpful especially Aydin and Rukiye. Lobby is huge and drunk are available throughout the day. I are tge mist delicious parathas at the bar next to water park n also.their fresh fruit abd ice cream was.of good quality too. Lots of shops and of walking distance about 20 minutes walk towards left as you come out of hotel. Overall it was a good experience event hough weather in April wasn't great. The view from the room was also excellent included mountain, pool and partial sea views. There is a bit of a walk to the private beach ⛱️ since weather wasn't great we didn't really utilise the beach as such. A huge thank you to Miral at reception, who went above and beyond to resolve the initial issues. She kindly arranged a late check-out for us after our check-in was delayed due to a misunderstanding with our travel agency, which we really appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the cobra slide—though it can be a bit risky, as you might hit your toe on the middle bar or your head on the cobra fangs, so be careful 🧐. All the other water park slides were great fun as well, and the indoor heated pool was a nice bonus. The food was lovely throughout our stay. The waiters were polite and helpful, especially Aydin and Rukiye, who stood out for their service. The lobby is विशाल and drinks are available throughout the day. We also really enjoyed the delicious parathas at the bar next to the water park, along with the fresh fruit and good-quality ice cream. There are plenty of shops within walking distance—about a 20-minute walk to the left as you exit the hotel. The big star on top of the hotel wasn't lightening up which was a shame. Overall, despite the April weather not being the best, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

Second time staying at this hotel, we came here last year at the same time. The hotel is stunning, very quiet this year. Lots of things closed though because of it being quiet.

Really lovely holiday - loads of pools and variety of entertainment, space within the hotel and outside. Food is lovely with lots of choice, took my daughter who is 2 and she is loving the pools and slides.
