Stayed here for 14 days (was wanting to leave after several days) I had came to this hotel in 2024 and we loved it! So decided to do 2 weeks instead of 10 days! Wow was that a mistake. I don’t even have the energy to even go through everything as I’ve had to write a huge complaint to TUI The entertainment wasn’t great at all, it was like a 2 * facilities, the kids club was very poor, they seemed like they didn’t enjoy their job and came across rude. The food was so repetitive . (There is other restaurants what you pay for but even half of them wasn’t open My son is soon to be 10 and used to ride all the slides 2 years ago, but this year it was a problem we was told to get another band which we did! …we had to prove age and had his height confirmed, a week into the holiday we was refused again and told we needed another band, and was told ‘he needs to be 10’ I never got this as I saw smaller children going up with other smaller children? it seemed they was just picking who could go on, it was something I didn’t need to be going back and forth for..very strange. There was one night my son was poorly in bed and me and my other child was hungry, (you can not remove any food from the restaurants) so room service was our only choice, when I rang I had stated what I wanted (a snack basket) and I assume the person who picked up didn’t understand and passed me on, he then said rudely ‘you do know this is a charged service’ I said yes? Anyway half an Hour or so later, they had brought said meal up it had the cloche over it and he said €50 I said it says €40 He said no €50, I asked him why? And yet again the language barrier was an issue and he said, you do at check out ok? After discovering the ‘snack basket’ wasn’t actually a snack basket it was something else, at this point it was very late and as he said I’ll sort it at check out, when I did… I had explained the situation and was happy to pay the €40 but not the €50 as it wasn’t what I had ordered, ( will also show what they thought was acceptable) to then I was greeted by several other men which one of them got very aggressive and was shouting how he was going to call the police etc, I was alone on holiday with two young children, one of them Kept saying ‘you are in turkey now’ I did not know how to take this , I was visibly crying and shaking, I was absolutely disgusted I was even spoken to like that and I wanted to leave right there and then unfortunately I had a late flight, so I was stuck at that terrible place! Having since returning home I’ve heard from other people too who have also been disappointed with it ,

Great hotel, good evening entertainment, Fatih was always smiling and friendly! Good stay, would come again.

We had a great time and the hotel is exceptional. The room was spacious, very modern and beautifully decorated and laid out. The food and drink was fantastic especially the Steakhouse a la carte. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. We would like to thank the following staff specifically. Idil lobby bar), Hassan (lobby bar), Fahti (Animation), Akbel (Main restaurant), Ferhat , Mahsum, Esen (lobby bar), Kalid (Lobby bar, our favourite waiter), Recep (Lobby bar, such a hard worker and funny). We look forward to visiting again.
