We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Mr. Bülent at the Deep Sea Restaurant. He is extremely professional, attentive, kind, and always has a warm smile. He takes great care of the guests, notices every detail, and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Just returned home after a 2 week holiday at royal wings. We have visited this hotel 4 times in total & have found it brilliant . Unfortunately this will be our last visit to this hotel the food every evening was cold my husband waited ages for the chef to bring out some cooked chicken which was also stone cold however the desserts are lovely but the same every night . There is ala cart restaurants around the hotel but for £40 or euro a head which is quite expensive even though you have paid all inclusive In the end we at to live on baked potatoes & kebabs in the huts by the swimming pool for almost the entire 2 weeks of our holiday . The animation team are all friendly & try there best but in our opinion don't really do enough to keep you entertained throughout the day so you get quite bored they start by doing a dance by the pool bar at 10am followed by darts at 11am then you have pool games 12 pm & then nothing for 3 hours & it's back to darts again & try to sell you a 20 euro tshirt . You also have the photograther & the tattooist walking the grounds pestering you every day . The evening entertainment was a bit hit & miss we saw 3 live bands a week in the pool bar only 1 of them was any good the drifters they was excellent we really enjoyed them not happy with one of the waitresses her name was Miniature in the pool bar at first she was very nice & kept our drinks topped up brought us chips nachos but after we decided to give her quite a large tip for looking after us so well she became very flirtatious with my husband as soon as my back was turned rubbing him on the shoulder & blowing kisses at him when i went to use the toilet very unhappy about that & made my husband extremely uncomfortable. There was acts going on in the amphitheatre mostly dancers & acrobatics shows the rest of the entertainment was done by the animation team disco ' bingo which is a complete rip off £30 or euro for bingo tickets that was only 1 line 2 lines or full house & the prizes are rubbish a bag with Turkish delight ' hand made ball ' a bottle of wine ' 1 drink at the shisha lounge & 10% off photography & top prize a 20 minute back massage & face mask & that's your entertainment down the pool bar for the evening . Another guest told us that the prizes was great last year so within a year have definitely gone down hill not worth the money you pay . there was a garden party on a Friday but if your a older guest it's very loud with just boom boom music for the rest of the evening & nothing else going on elsewhere on a Friday. I became quite unwell whilst we was there & i decided to see the doctor Mahmut Taskin who charged me almost £300 & told me i had a urine infection & intestine infection without even testing my urine & he prescribed 3 lots of antibiotics & 3 injections in my backside 1 injections a day & take the antibiotics for 7 days & you will feel much better . I am back in the uk now & went to my local hospital for a urine test & a CT scan & i was told by a A&E Doctor that i have a kidney stone & drink plenty of water so no antibiotics in the world was going to get rid of it & the Doctor in the hotel completely misdiagnosed me & told me it likely came from the swimming pool or the toilet which is another misdiagnoses & I'm £300 worse off so anyone who needs to see a doctor do not go to the hotel doctor as he will misdiagnose you & charge you a lot of money the privilege & as not got a clue . 3 years ago on our last visit to this hotel I was singing the hotel praises to all of my friends back home saying it was such a wonderful hotel with plenty going on & great HOT FOOD now i am telling them the complete opposite avoid this hotel at any cost . I looked just out of curiosity how much a 2 week holiday to this hotel would be in 2027 & they want over £5600 for 2 adults so I think they have got quite greedy as well & giving you not good quality food & less day & night time activities & even if they asked us to come back to this hotel for free we will never return . Whoever reads my reviews it is absolutely true to the best of my knowledge what i have experienced & don't bother replying with your apologies as we will never come back to this hotel .

They claim this hotel is a 5 star, and even Jet2 list it as 4 star plus. I just wish my examiners at school had been as generous when handing out stars. The hotel is located on the Lara Beach strip, right in the centre of it. ⭐ Positives • The lobby and the rooms are modern and well presented. • The desserts are genuinely outstanding — the strawberry cheesecake deserves a 12 out of 10. ❌ Negatives • Severely understaffed: Around the pool areas, getting a drink is a mission. They seem to rely on two waiters on rollerblades, which is frankly embarrassing for a hotel of this size. • Restaurant staffing: The main restaurant also needs more staff. Service feels stretched and inconsistent. • Staff attitude & communication: Not all staff speak English, and many are not particularly forthcoming or helpful. Even asking for something simple — like a carrier bag — felt like a major request. • Food quality: Extremely poor. On at least three occasions in seven days, the chicken was raw. Much of the chicken was fatty, and they seem to add huge amounts of salt to everything. • Food temperature: Dishes are often cold. Avoid the so called “KFC” — it was stone cold every time. • Food variety: Very limited. We were genuinely disappointed by the lack of choice. • A la carte charges: To add insult to injury, they charge extra for the a la carte restaurants. In almost every other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in (and I visit this area twice a year — this was my 14th trip), a la carte dining is included. This was the first time I’ve seen it charged separately. • Food Areas/Tents: Are dated, albeit the fresh pizza’s and fresh Pide’s were excellent.

Great trip had with the family. We upgraded to the duplex room. Worth having for a family of four. The hotel is of 5 star standard the food offering however is closer to a 3 star. It is all inclusive but is the same Turkish dishes every night with little variety each night. We paid extra for the a la carte however most nights it wasn't offered. The steaks were good qualify but was very disjointed and amateur with the kids main courses served before a pre starter was served. Management is rude and not approachable sadly. In all great venue but look for other food options outside of the hotel if your after variety.

Good: Food variety, Quality & Choice Waterpark excellent Fairground not bad for a young kid Staff pleasant, attentive and engaging Pool is huge and never fought for a sun bed-huge plus Could be better: Scheduling/timings were just awful! I felt like I was back in work running for what opens and closes when. No food 16.00-18.30 and 2100-0000 unless you like tiny posh cakes. We missed this day one and had a child starving at 4pm. Also came home after a trip and Wed missed dinner and not a scrap of food for a kid. Poor in a supposed 5* AI. This is the worst point! Water park great, but again 10-12 then 14-17 why not leave it open it’s so annoying managing your holiday by your watch. Walls are very thin and if a sensitive sleeper it’s an issue. I’m not a big far of Turkey in general as a destination, but Lara beach has changed my view. Hotel was good value, staff were really good with children and loved the 20 min transfer from airport. Would visit again. Lots of hotels in the area all within walking on this strip.
