Saint Star Kemer

The worst hole I have ever been to! No hot water, no towels, me and wife artived and had to sleep in seperate beds. The shower only cold, it floods all toilet when showering. Beds are hard rooms are dirty, noisy! Sea is not close at all! Food is same nasty stuff every day, this place are only good for Village russian person, me and wife had all inclusive booked here but had to mive out due to unbelievabaly horrible conditions. AVOUD AT ALL COSTS! BTW, WE had to go buy as a towel at 2 oclock at night so we could take a COLD shower after a long flight. Its a disgrace not a hotel!

The biggest disappointment was the food. Every day it was the same bland, repetitive, and poorly prepared dishes. Nothing tasted fresh, and for the price of this hotel, the dining felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a proper resort. The atmosphere was equally bad — the entertainment was boring, the music terrible, and nothing like the glamorous image they promote on Instagram. But the worst part was the owner himself. He constantly watches the guests, counts the glasses on the tables, threatens people with eviction, and even makes inappropriate advances toward women. Instead of feeling relaxed, you feel controlled and uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money. No good food, no proper entertainment, and no respect for the guests. Definitely not recommended.

No one in hotel can speak Englinsh even the receptions are struggleing. Stuff can speak only russian.Night programs at pool was in russian also so eho cant understond russians was in problem. One of the big problems is the owner of the hotel, he had fight with his guests at pool in the evening which is nit nice at all! The owner thin he is some mafia boss and not the owner of owner of hotel in tourist place! Secend problem was hotel stuff and time, it write that bus for the beach is start in 11 from hotel but in 10.45 ist already gone, also beach bar resturant have problem with time if its lunch 16.00, kitchen stuff are taking away burgers and rest in 15.40 and dont let you to take if you want you must argue with them if you want to don't mention that cant understand one word of English and last problem i dont know which probelm they have with beer that beer is not cold , some guest put ice in beer! Othervise housekeeping is doing good job and hotel is very clean!

I had an amazing stay at Saint Star Kemer! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The environment is cozy and welcoming, and the hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the manager, who was always kind and ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day. The bartender from Germany really stood out—such a professional and friendly person, he left a great impression on us. The DJ was also fantastic, always creating a great atmosphere and lifting everyone’s mood. The entertainment and evening shows were excellent—fun, engaging, and full of positive energy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing yet lively vacation. Can’t wait to come back!
