Terrible attitude; they gave us a dirty room, and the receptionist even started yelling at us simply because they didn't want to provide a clean, decent room. In the end, when I asked to speak to the manager, a new room was suddenly found. The new room wasn't exactly spotless either, but they still managed to ruin our first day. AND to get to the number we need to go through kitchen

We stayed at Saint Star Hotel in Kemer, and we still cannot understand how a hotel operating under an all-inclusive concept can provide such poor service. The only thing we really cannot complain about was the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything else left an extremely negative impression. Let’s start from the beginning. The check-in process was absolutely terrible. The person who was supposed to welcome new guests was extremely rude and arrogant. We were checked in, and then he didn’t say another word to us. When we started walking away from the reception, he suddenly started shouting at us. We received our rooms at different times. The rude receptionist told us that he had given everyone better rooms than the ones we had originally booked, but in the end, they turned out to be exactly the same rooms we had booked. The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so badly that it made me feel sick. In the second room, the hairdryer didn’t work and there was no hot water. In the third room, the key card didn’t work properly. On some days, we spent 10–15 minutes trying to get the door open with the card just to get into our room. The food was more or less the same every day. If you went to eat later than the other guests, there was practically nothing left because the food was not replenished. You were basically left eating whatever scraps other guests had left behind. To make matters worse, you could even find the chef’s hair in the bread, which was absolutely disgusting. There were also no evening activities or shows at the hotel. The same songs were played every evening, with practically nothing else happening. The owner was constantly walking around and staring at women in a way that made us extremely uncomfortable. He also looked at some guests with a very arrogant and condescending expression. It is honestly disturbing to feel uncomfortable during your holiday and constantly worry that you might somehow do something wrong. The beach shuttle was always overcrowded, and we often had to stand during the journey. The bus only ran three times a day, which was clearly not enough. There was also an issue with check-out. Check-out time was 12:00 p.m., but the cleaner was already knocking on our door at 10:30 a.m. It made us feel like the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door meant absolutely nothing. The cleaner came to our door again at 11:30 a.m. Isn’t the cleaner supposed to come after 12:00 p.m., once guests have actually checked out and left the room? To sum it all up, I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!! Our holiday was supposed to be a relaxing all-inclusive vacation, but unfortunately, the poor service, rude staff, inadequate food, uncomfortable atmosphere and lack of activities made the whole experience extremely disappointing. We would never stay here again.

- The hotel is on a good location, you can walk anywhere by foot. - I see many people dissatisfied with the beach transportation but in my opinion it worked perfectly, it says the minibus goes at 11:00 but at 10:45 the bus is already full and there is no reason for it to wait 15 minutes and then start driving, the beach was close and the van returns for a second tour at 11. The beach was private and the water was great, the bar offered drinks and food enough to satisfy you until dinner. - The atmosphere is modern and adults only so you can see a lot of young couples and friends here - The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with hot shower water, the staff are professional and hardworking but dont expect them to understand perfect English, only the receptionists speak fluently - Great value! I experienced and received far more than i expected for the price i paid - The cleanliness overall was good, you can spot some stains on the room towels and some on the dining service but acceptable because of the sheer number of guests - You can expect it to be noisy since the DJ stand is facing the rooms above the pool but i had no noise problem because of my room location, also it is to be expected it's a hotel for young people, the music ends at midnight - Now for the elephant in the room. Many people are disappointed by the presence of the owner and his attitude of a boss. For us personally he made our stay here more enjoyable, we found him interesting especially at the foam pool party where he sprayed everybody and everything with a water hose, It was hilarious! - At the end of the day you receive more than you pay for and don't expect to be treated like Pharaoh just because you paid the minimum if you indulge in heavy drinking and never ending satisfaction for alcohol they will prohibit your consumption for a period! Act civilized and be happy with your holiday for the small price that you pay!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. OUR HOLIDAY WAS RUINED. We stayed at Saint Star Hotel in Kemer, and we still cannot understand how a hotel operating under an all-inclusive concept can provide such poor service. The only thing we really cannot complain about was the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything else left an extremely negative impression. I will start with the most disturbing incident: I found a piece of glass in my glass of Coke. This is not simply poor service — it is a potentially dangerous situation. After something like this, it is especially concerning to see such a careless attitude towards service quality. Another major issue was the hotel chef. His behaviour towards guests was completely unacceptable. For example, when girls returned to the hotel at around 4 a.m., he was sitting in the lobby and called them “whores.” We consider such behaviour completely inappropriate towards hotel guests. The same chef also seemed to think that he could decide how much alcohol guests were allowed to drink. Let us remember that this is an all-inclusive hotel. Nevertheless, guests were being told off about the amount of alcohol they were drinking, even though drinks are included in the all-inclusive concept. At the same time, it seemed that the quality of service depended heavily on whether the chef personally liked a particular guest. Girls who showed interest in him received a completely different level of service: bottles of alcohol, nice glasses, food ordered from restaurants and delivered to the beach, and even hookahs. Other guests were left with the standard level of service. This kind of unequal treatment of guests is completely unacceptable. The overall service was extremely poor. Most of the staff were unfriendly, and we rarely felt that anyone genuinely wanted to help the guests. The beach was another major disappointment. It is located quite far from the hotel, so there is a shuttle service. However, it only runs a few times a day. If you miss one of the shuttles, you have to walk for more than 30 minutes in the heat. The beach bar also closes at 4:00 p.m. This means that guests who stay at the beach until 6:00 p.m. cannot get anything from the bar after 4:00 p.m. The food was disappointing as well. The selection was very repetitive, and the menu hardly changed. What was particularly frustrating was that around 40 minutes before the end of breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food was barely replenished. By the end, you are basically left with whatever other guests have not taken. There is therefore very little point in coming towards the end of the meal service. The situation at the beach was no better — the beach bar served basically the same simple fast food every day. We also want to mention the foam party. During the event, the hotel chef sprayed guests with a hose, soaking their clothes and people themselves. As a result, phones, watches and other personal belongings were also soaked. When one guest became upset and confronted him, the situation almost escalated into a physical fight. Instead of calmly resolving the situation with the guest, the chef started shouting at him. Overall, we were left with the impression that only certain guests receive good treatment at this hotel, specifically those who manage to gain the chef’s personal attention. Everyone else gets mediocre food, poor service, unfriendly staff and constant restrictions. We came to Turkey to relax and expected a normal all-inclusive holiday. Instead, we experienced constant disappointment and our holiday was significantly ruined. We absolutely do not recommend Saint Star Hotel. If you are choosing a hotel in Kemer, we strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully and thinking twice before booking. Our stay here was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.

The only major plus point of this hotel are the rooms. They are modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a stay. Unfortunately, the list of positives practically ends there. The food was very monotonous, and the selection was limited, especially when it came to meat. There was also a lack of fruit. After a few days, we were practically eating the same thing every day. The service depended on the person, but I got the impression that Russian guests were clearly favored. Furthermore, most of the staff don't speak English – they mainly communicate in Turkish and Russian, which was a significant inconvenience. The pool and surrounding area were relatively clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds. However, the downside is the shuttle service to the beach – the hotel shuttle only runs three times a day. The hotel's location is quite good, as there are many shops nearby. The evening entertainment was very loud and was almost entirely in Russian, aimed primarily at Russian tourists. The music was similar – despite repeated requests, the DJ played practically no Polish music. If he did, it was for one song, and after that, he'd immediately return to Russian music. The most competent and helpful member of staff was the bartender, Rabia – always smiling and friendly. Another major plus is that the hotel is adults-only, meaning there are no children. Unfortunately, there are many more drawbacks. The restaurant, even in the morning, was often not thoroughly cleaned – you could see dirt on the tables and floor. Food from the snack bar wasn't allowed to be taken to the pool. All drinks, even cocktails, were served in plastic cups, and at the beach bar, even the plates were plastic, which looked very poor for a hotel of this caliber. The biggest problem, however, was the hotel owner. He repeatedly behaved in a very uncomfortable manner towards young women, suggesting meetings in their rooms in exchange for high-end alcoholic drinks. Even locals warned against his intrusive behavior. I also witnessed him spying on guests staying on the ground floor – he would pull back the curtain while the balcony door was open and peek into the room. He also seemed constantly dissatisfied, wandering around the hotel with a nasty expression. There was also an occasion when the manager, without a word, moved our umbrella by the pool, without explaining why. Personally, I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The only positive things I will remember are the modern rooms and the professional service of the bartender, Rabia. Unfortunately, everything else made the stay a major disappointment.
