Been a lovely holiday but could ha e easily ha e been awful. Our first room should be made into a store cupboard small broken and no working window, it was facing/against the ugly water slide. Cost me to move but it was to a lovely room looking over the beach. Lots of complaints about the food but thats because. Nothing is labeled and didnt cater much for the English pallet or vegitairians well if they did you couldn't read what it was and they didnt understand. The eggs are not free range. I always found carbs to eat and puddings were delicious. Not much eve entertainment and again not catered for the UK. Very very busy hotel. Beautiful big pool great if you can get a bed. The lifeguard does not allow early towel hogging. The beach is ok micro plastics shame but always get a free sunbed and it does what you want it to do. The area is safe and friendly. The staff are too and most can speak a little English.

It was overall a great experience all the staff are very welcoming and always willing to help the rooms are kept clean to a great standard and the facilities are great.will definitely be coming back with the family.

My stay was very good I have a room in the new block with a sea view and the view was amazing the facilities are really good and all of the staff are very welcoming and try there hardest to make it a really good holiday

PRO : Clean room, decent shower. Part of the beach is for hotel guests. Decent pool, beers good. has air conditioned bedrooms. CONS: food isn't great we lived on croissant at breakfast chip and nuggets at dinner and went out for tea if you like salad you'll do fine. No signs on food so its a guess what your eating and it all tastes the same. No butter or toaster so we went and bought a tub of very expensive lurpack to help us through the week. Staff were ok but need to learn to smile. And get more than 1 music play list.

To start with the positive, the hotel's location is actually very nice and beautiful outside the resort. The rooms themselves were okay, but be aware that there is a huge difference in appearance and quality between the Standard and Comfort rooms. However, the management and service ruined the experience. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel. I have been to Alanya many times and first time in my life i got to experience this kind of behaviour and i was really sad about that and didnt enjoy my visit. The biggest issue was the reception staff and their dishonest behavior. When we arrived with another couple from our home country, we were told we had to pay an extra €20 in cash to get an early check-in. Halfway through our vacation, the staff suddenly demanded that we change rooms or pay an extra €60–€100, claiming we were in an "early access" room by mistake. Later, we found out from the other tourists (not the staff!) that the reception had messed up the system and mixed up our rooms upon arrival. Instead of apologizing for their own mistake, they lied to us and tried to scam us for more money. The staff is incredibly rude – nobody says "good morning," everyone looks angry, and they barely speak any English. To make things worse, they demand cash payments for everything inside the hotel. The food was also a huge disappointment. There were barely any meat options, the buffet was repetitive every day, and the dishes had no labels, so you never knew what you were actually putting on your plate. Some morning the pancakes were raw. I know its a big hotel and many people but still it is not acceptable. The cleaning staff did a very sloppy job. Even after the room was supposedly "cleaned," there was still visible dust and sand on the floor. It never felt truly clean. The location is lovely, but the management is a nightmare. I do not recommend.
