This is not a 4 star hotel its a 3 at a huge push. Our expected room was not provided. Tge room we bad does not appear on the website. One of the beds had blood on the under sheet upon our arrival in tge early hours of the morning. The food has no labels to show what was been offered. It was needed as some of it was unrecognisable. It was always stone cold. Do not bother with all inclusive as you will eat out. The rooms were meant to have satellite TV facilities. We had a old telly the size of a satellite that did not work. The rooms also offer a mini fridge that was dirty. However the welcome pack rules state that no food or drink is allowed in the rooms; so this was a pointless item. The Tui website states that the hotel has a beach bar. This us untrue. The rules also state that food and drink should not be taken from the hotel to the beach. This hotel had very little atmospher and very few English speaking staff. The room cleaning service was inadequate as fresh bedding was only given on arrival and this only happened because we complained due to the blood stained bedding. On a plus point the area was beautiful, the weather was great and the beach is a minute away.

4-Star Deception: AVOID Like the Plague! Our group of nine booked seven rooms at Saritas Hotel in Alanya and walked into a 2-star nightmare. • The Scams: Staff spent two hours trying to force us into crowded triple rooms despite advance payment—a systemic overbooking tactic. The manager then aggressively demanded we sign "no complaint" waivers to block compensation claims. • The Reality: Expect useless front desk staff, repetitive food, dirty glasses, leaking ceilings, flooded bathrooms, and exposed hallway wiring. • The Only Silver Lining: Good A/C, a beachfront location, and hard-working cleaners. Other guests shared identical horror stories. There are far better options in Alanya that actually deliver. Saritas Otel isn't worth the hassle, AVOID like the plague.
