Been a lovely holiday but could ha e easily ha e been awful. Our first room should be made into a store cupboard small broken and no working window, it was facing/against the ugly water slide. Cost me to move but it was to a lovely room looking over the beach. Lots of complaints about the food but thats because. Nothing is labeled and didnt cater much for the English pallet or vegitairians well if they did you couldn't read what it was and they didnt understand. The eggs are not free range. I always found carbs to eat and puddings were delicious. Not much eve entertainment and again not catered for the UK. Very very busy hotel. Beautiful big pool great if you can get a bed. The lifeguard does not allow early towel hogging. The beach is ok micro plastics shame but always get a free sunbed and it does what you want it to do. The area is safe and friendly. The staff are too and most can speak a little English.

We stayed at Saritas Hotel from July 12th to 19th, 2026. It was a pleasant stay. We initially looked at some reviews and we were terrified that we would be disappointed, but it was better than we expected. A downside was that we had booked a double standard room, but from the beginning, the receptionist was ready to charge us more for an upgrade to a comfort room for 20 euros/night. We wanted to see the standard room first and it was a nightmare—very filthy. We changed to the comfort room and it was great. Unfortunately, this room wasn't available on the website, and we could only pay cash at the reception... so that's a red flag. The food was okay: fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, salads, very good pancakes in the morning with many toppings, burgers at lunch, and in the evening grilled vegetables, chicken, fries, and many more options. The desserts were also nice. The beach is near; it doesn't have a beach bar, but you can take anything from the hotel bar. The water was clear, and we always found sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but I can't say the same about the pool. It was very busy, which we understood because it had very clean and warm water. So in conclusion, if you are a couple looking for something budget-friendly, it's a good choice. The location close to the center of Alanya is a plus, and you can book plenty of activities in the area. The distance from Antalya Airport is quite long, but we had a transfer and arrived at the hotel in 2 to 3 hours.
Ignore the bad reviews. We staying here right now really good hotel. Not the critism worth. Very nice staff that helps carry heavy drinks, not small plastic cups as someone in the reviews said. Food is not wow BUT it is good and fine for an all inclusive everyone have something to eat. We have room with beach view and balco y and quite very nice room.
We have just returned from 10 days here for both mine and my partners birthday's. This is a long but very honest review, we go away 2 to 3 times a year and I have to say I have never encountered food as bad, staff as rude and an all inclusive resort with zero entertainment and having to pay 10 euro for basic cocktail drinks. When we arrived at around 23:55 we was told our room wasn't ready due to the pervious guests flight being delayed they were still in it. After waiting in reception for almost 4 hours we were offered a room to sleep in and told we could go back to reception at 10am for our proper room (double comfort room) we were taken to what can only be described as a shoe box with 2 x single beds and a bathroom that was tiny with a tiny square outside space with the view of the pool wall, they did give us a can of pop each though to take to the room as we hadn't had a drink from arriving due to the bar being closed at 23:00. At 10am the following morning we went to get our correct room to be told it wouldn't be ready until 13:00 so we couldn't go out or do anything as we couldn't unpack or anything with changing rooms, there was no sun loungers to sunbath they were all taken by this time. At 13;00 we were taken to our double comfort room which was lovely nice and big, a double bed nice big bathroom with shower and a balcony with a sea view. Our shower was broken which was fixed 2 days later and was given a free safe and free wifi for 3 days to apologise and a free 20 mins massage but we soon learnt that everyone gets that. This day was my birthday so I wasted all day sorting the room and unpacking which I wasn't happy about. We also missed breakfast and lunch due to trying to sort this issue out. While on the massages, the free ones were ok only lasted 10 mins not the 20 but they were ok, i did book a package as it was my birthday and have to say it was lovely not the cheapest but was nice and relaxing. Food: There are no words to describe how bad the food is. I mean who wants to eat curry, vegetables and potatos for breakfast?! pancakes were mostly bunt, scrambled eggs not cooked and snotty and boild eggs think were boiled for hours they were vile. No toaster or butter and nothing to tell you what the food was. Lunch time was normally baked beans, chips or wedges, the veg from breakfast with some sort of sauce on it that looked like someone had been sick and they were serving that. Not cooked properly meat still raw in places. The fruit was ok but you can't really get fruit wrong. The salads looked ok but we didn't eat it as we are funny with how it is washed. rock hard bread, deserts were ok i tried a piece of cake on our 1st night as they made me a cake for my birthday. The daytime snacks were chips or wedges and either chicken burgers or nuggets that either had never seen a chicken they were awful or under cooked burgers that were still mooing. Evenings were undercooked chicken either wings or drummers in some form of sick looking sauce. Again the veg that looked like someone threw back up one day was sprouts with pinapple in a sauce. We didn't eat in the day and only ate the 1st night (we manged the dry noodles and a bit of rice) after that we would walk in look at the food and walk back out and eat out, this wasn't cheap there was 2 of us and for a main meal and 1 drink each ranged from £50 to £75 so to say we went all inclusive we spent a fortune eating as the hotel food was awful. All English people in the hotel all were eating out due to how bad the food was. Sunbeds there was around 50 for the full hotel so if you was up after 6am you had no chance of getting a sunbed the lifeguard removed towels if people wasn't using them to try to help but there still wasn't any where near enough. The life guard was lovely and 1 of the only 2 people who ever smiled and engaged in saying hello to people. Staff: All were rude clearly didn't want to be there and need to learn people skills, they never smile or say hi/wave acknowledge you when you smile and say something to them they just look at you like they have just stepped on something. Emre on reception though was lovely he always had a smile, engaged in conversation with everyone, was helpful and overall for us was the only one who cared about the guests at the hotel and did everything he could to solve issues for people and there was a lot of issues from most guests as everyone was complaining. Emre is a credit to the hotel and really doesn't deserve the hassle he got because the others couldn't be bothered to help. Thank you Emre for all you tried to do for us on our stay. Location: good location not a long walk to the shops bars and food places, beach front location just walk under the bypass and your there but is a pain when you are needing drinks as you need to keep going back to the hotel to the pool bar to get a drink. Market straight outside on a Thursday, that was nice to walk round to pass some time on. Entertainment: No entertainment on in the 10 days we were there, it was boring no TV's no entertainment just the same songs played over day and night. Drinks: Watered down beer. Water by the glass, orange, pinapple & cherry juice avalible from the self service machines. Coffee and hot chocolate avalible from the self service machines. fanta, sprite and coke at the bar you are allowed 1 x ice cube in them. Wine (paint stripper) Vodka (burns your throat) Gin (or that's what is it meant to be) anything else you have to pay 10 euros for. Over all the comfort room we were in was clean and cleaned daily, fresh towels daily. The communal areas were clean. Would we return, no we wouldn't apart from the good weather, a clean room once we had our proper room and the location there was nothing 4 star about this hotel at the most I would say a 2 star and if we hadn't had a comfort room then a 1 star would be pushing it.
