Seashell Vega

Fantastic hotel. We went as 2 families, older teens and adults and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the cleaning crew are constantly cleaning and removing rubbish from around the pool, they do work tirelessly. The rooms were nice, what we would expect from an all Inclusive and the maid came daily, replenishing the mini bar every day also. The food is great, the buffet food is always hot with plenty of choice but the outdoor freshly cooked area is brilliant at night with at least 7 or 8 choices, we mainly had our food from there on an evening. The pool bar offers snacks at lunch time ranging from salmon fillets to chicken strips all ordered on a QR code which was a great system. The beach bar which you can get to by shuttle bus, or you can walk about 15 minutes was the same and they had more choices of food. I would say in all our years of travelling the food here was by far the best in choice and quality. Cocktails were first class although expect to get different ones depending on what bar/bar tender you had as they seemed to make them differently (the benefit of AI of course is that you can just order another). Local beer was EFES and the spirits were premium so all good. There are fridge's full of water and juices and also slushy machines at all the bars, you just help yourself. The service with the exception of 2 incidents we had was excellent, we do tip but I don't think you would have to to be provided with the same service. Lots of shops etc outside the hotel selling bags, clothing food etc. My only issue here was the sun beds. Many were reserved very early and other than a warning card left on the towels they were not removed. Our first week was fine but the second week as the hotel got busier there was less availability for sun beds around the pool and many were reserved all day and not used. That being said we were early risers and didn't have any problem getting beds. The daily entertainment is very good and the team work hard to get everyone involved, the evening entertainment is as you would expect in an AI. We had an excellent holiday and whilst I rarely return to the same hotel twice I would definitely return here.

A truly lovely place. We visited as part of a larger group, celebrating my son’s 30th birthday. Stayed at seashell vega last week and it was honestly one of the most perfect places we have ever been to. Transfer from the airport takes around an hour, and check in was most pleasant, I always take chocolates for check in staff and the gentlemen were very grateful, our cases were taken to our room too by a most helpful guy on the front desk. We were on the 3rd floor, room 3519 and it was fantastic. Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Great choice of complimentary minibar items also and a handy fridge, as well as tea, coffee and water, restocked every day. Plentiful good quality bathroom goods and shower caps etc. bathrobes and slippers also provided. Aircon in the room was very good. Hotel itself is stunning, lobby is luxurious, spacious and has lots of comfortable seating areas. Lobby bar excellent, the seashell vega cocktail is amazing! All bar staff were friendly and fast, smiling pleasant faces every day, absolute credit to Seashell, everyone was really nice to us. We went to the pool each day, got up early so sun beds not an issue for us, pool area super clean and the temperature is perfect. Food options were also brilliant, from the buffet restaurant to the pool lunch, the food was delicious. Plenty of choice and presented beautifully. Breakfast omelettes were wonderful! We only went to the Beach bar once in the evening (I don’t like sand) and it was busy. Pool bar/arena was fun of an evening, the entertainment team are lots of fun, bingo was great! During the day there are pool games and aerobics each day at set times, you are able to use inflatables at the pool no problem at all, they also sell them at the hotel shop, and guy inflates for you. Shops in the lobby of the hotel are ok, with nice shopkeepers, other shops are within walking distance too, some just around the corner from hotel, lots more a little further on. Great for families with children, adults, couples, and groups, everyone is catered for and treated like valued guests. I sadly fell ill 5 hours before I was due to travel home, and had to see the hotel doctor, which was not a pleasant experience, however, this has not put me off wishing to return to seashell vega, I am already looking at dates for next year, a wonderful family trip.

Nice, modern, smaller hotel. Perfect service and staff (special thanks to Ersin in the Lobby, a very pleasant, smiling and polite waiter). Food at a high level. Choice of both the buffet menu in the main restaurant and the possibility of using the live cooking section (a real experience). Cocktails excellent, alcohol imported. Coffee from the coffee machines in the restaurant was not good. The coffee machines would definitely like to be replaced with more modern ones. I appreciate the soft drinks freely available in the refrigerators. For lunch, you can use the part by the pool or on the beach (also live cooking here). Order food via QR code (burgers, chicken, beef freshly baked in a pan, pizza on the beach). Very practical and fast, without a long wait. The room was not nice, the walls were scribbled and the chair at the desk was dirty. However, the first part of the wardrobe, which was supposed to contain shelves and was instead covered with a large wooden board, was a shock. I think this should not happen in such a hotel at all. Room cleaning was cursory. It would like more care. Balcony was tiny. Otherwise, everywhere in the hotel was clean and tidy and the interior smelled very pleasant. The beach was large, plenty of space and a large aesthetic restaurant. The entrance to the sea is over a 3-meter strip of stones, I recommend water shoes. After about 10 m the water is up to your shoulders. An air-conditioned minibus shuttles to the beach (from 8:00 to 18:30). There was a fight for sun loungers by the pool, but when there was no space, the staff brought more sun loungers. Entertainment and animation were weaker. Twice a week there was a party on the beach (this is not a good idea, it would be better to have this type of party only once a week). Otherwise, bingo, live music, 2 dance performances and a Turkish evening. Once in the afternoon there was a color party on the beach, nicely prepared and the refreshments were amazing. Overall, we were satisfied and would happily return to the hotel.

Well where to start this hotel is the best all inclusive we’ve ever been to, the variety of food on offer throughout the day is amazing and the quality is amazing, we were a group of 8 and everyone found something they liked. The beach bar is just stunning and agin the food is so nice definitely recommend going down there! The shuttle bus runs like every few mins down to the beach and beach bar we walked it a couple of times though as it’s not that far maybe 10/15 min walk. The staff are lovely and attentive nothing is too much bother. We were definitely the minority of English but that didn’t matter the Germans are lovely people (well most of them) and we did not feel uncomfortable at all. We had a family room with pool view which was lovely, if any negative which this is not the hotels fault there is a hotel at the back that plays loud music up until about 11/12 pm but we were shattered from busy days so it didn’t bother us to much. Definitely don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Seashell Vega Hotel Resort has come to an end, and my wife, Noreen, and I are now back home in England. This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. Many of the guests and staff know me simply as Mr Steve, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces again. The fantastic No. 1 animation team is, in my opinion, the true heart of a holiday at Seashell Vega. From team leader Jenya, their chief Burcin, and every other member of the team, they work tirelessly to make every single day fun-filled, exciting, and full of laughter. Their energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the guests make all the difference, and they are a huge reason why we keep coming back Burcin, who is not only the head of the fantastic animation team but also the hotel's Guest Relations Manager. She is always approachable, friendly, and happy to help with anything you may need during your stay. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or simply want advice, Burcin is always there with a smile, making sure every guest feels welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend everyone to have a go at the daily darts game with my good friend Cetin. It's always great fun, with plenty of laughs and friendly competition, whether you're a beginner or an experienced player. I'm sure Cetin will miss seeing Mr Steve taking part today, but I'll be back in October for another game! A very special thank you goes to DJ Teo. In my opinion, he is one of—if not the—best DJs we have experienced at the hotel. His music creates the perfect atmosphere every evening and helps create wonderful, special memories for guests of all ages. I sincerely hope the hotel realises what a valuable member of the team he is, because his talent, music, and enthusiasm play a huge part in making every holiday so enjoyable. We would also like to thank the wonderful housekeeping team. They work incredibly hard every day, always keeping our room spotless, fresh, and welcoming. Their dedication and friendly smiles never go unnoticed, and they are a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is perfect for families, with excellent facilities, delicious food, friendly staff, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Noreen and I enjoyed our holiday so much that we've already booked to return in October, and we can't wait to be back.
