Seashell Vega

We had a fabulous 10 days staying at this hotel. The staff, the food and the animation team are fabulous and very hard working to help you to enjoy your stay. The first 2 days were difficult as we were the only English speaking couple at the hotel but this changed by day 3 which definitely helped us. We were worried that this was a predominately German hotel but this is not the case. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The food is absolutely amazing and there are freshly cooked dishes every day. I can be a fussy eater but I was honestly so impressed with the food choice and quality. Pool bar staff are so helpful but we did find that we had to eat inside at lunch as the amount of smoking at the pool bar area with food was awful, especially as we are non smokers. All the staff always acknowledged you and helped you in any way which seemed no trouble to them at all. I however have to note that the lady Sebil at reception is very unapproachable and rude. When I handed in my room key to check out she didn't say thank you or hope you enjoyed your stay/holiday which I found very disappointing. We booked our trips via the rep at the hotel and although this may have been a few euros more, the service she provided and responding so quickly to any text message is def worth the extra. The beach area is beautiful and the food and bar at the beach is def worth a few visits!! There is a 3-4 min shuttle bus to the beach which you get right outside the front of the hotel and it is always running though the day to take you and bring you back...great service from this shuttle bus! during our 10 days there were 2 beach parties and they were FAB!! the attention to detail for their beach events is amazing and fun....There is also a beautiful SPA and hairdressers in the hotel. My hubby had 3 massages and pedicure, hair cut and shave and I had my washed and hair blow dried 3 times.... great service, fab prices and always happy to get you booked in even at the last minute! All in all I would totally recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you to the Seashell vega team

We were very pleased with our stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very attentive. The beach and pool area were particularly enjoyable. I also took advantage of the on-site hairdressing service and received truly professional service. The manicure, pedicure, and blow-dry were exactly as I wanted. Thank you to both the hotel staff and the hairdressing professionals. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

We were very pleased with our experience at the hotel; the rooms and food were amazing, and the beach was far superior to any hotel I've been to before. A special mention must be made of the hairdresser; they were a truly excellent team. My hair was colored and treated with keratin, and Ayşe was a real professional when it came to permanent makeup 😍 My husband also had his hair cut; Gökhan and Can are a really harmonious team. Overall, we loved the hotel and I will definitely be back with my family.

I went to the hair salon here for a straight wash and blow-dry. After leaving, I noticed that one of the beads in my hair extensions had been pulled out, causing the extensions to stick out noticeably. I went back to ask if they could fix it, but I was told they couldn’t and that the only solution was to put a hair grip in it. I explained that I’m a hairdresser myself and could have fixed it, but they didn’t even have the proper equipment available, despite advertising hair extension services. For reference my hair extensions had just been put in that week and I’ve been going to the same girl for years for hair fittings and never had a problem. I felt very dismissed when I returned the second time, as though they just wanted me out of the salon once they already had my money. I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled especially since I was chatting to the salon manager the night before about my hair extensions… I would advise anyone staying in this hotel not to go to the hair salon. Side note the holiday rep overcharges, you can get cheaper deals 5 min walk down the round towards the markets. In regards to the hotel, the staff were friendly and it was good value for money. The food was mediocre but the cocktails and drinks made up for it. The hotel was really clean and our room cleaner was amazing.(I wish I knew her name)
