Seher Side Quality Resort & Spa

Relaxing stay at a brand-new modern hotel We had a calm, quiet, and very relaxing holiday at the new Seher Side Quality Resort & SPA 16+ in Side. The hotel only opened in 2025 and is the fourth in the Seher group, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. The hotel isn’t very big (around 140 rooms) but it’s new, super clean, and modern. Location is great – close to a lively boulevard with shops, bazaars, pharmacies, plus Migros and Şok supermarkets. We arrived early in the morning (6 a.m.), got our wristbands right away, had breakfast at 7, and were checked into our room by 8. The elevators are fast and new, so no waiting. Rooms face either the pool or the neighboring Side Story Resort, so both sides have a decent view. On arrival, guests get a free 15-minute massage voucher (valid on the first day) and a beach bag with the hotel logo. Rooms are spotless and stylish, with new furniture, a huge TV with YouTube, minibar restocked daily with beer and soft drinks, plus tea/coffee set. Bathrooms come with lots of extras – toothbrush, shaving kit, cotton pads, bathrobes. Safe is free, A/C works perfectly. Towels were changed daily, and bed linen several times during the week. Food was excellent – always plenty of choice. There were themed dinners, and every day you could find meat, fish, and chicken. At the snack bar we really enjoyed the burgers, pizza, pasta, and freshly made sandwiches. The gözleme at the beach was amazing. Lots of fresh fruit depending on the season. Drinks were local, cocktails nicely prepared, and coffee in the lobby was very good. The pool area was clean, with enough sunbeds at all times. There are 2 outdoor pools plus an indoor one. Entertainment and animation were mostly at the smaller pool, and in the evenings there were shows at the amphitheater with tables and a cocktail bar. The beach is huge, sandy, and shared with the other Seher hotels (separated by ropes). The sand is fine, no pebbles, with sunshades and a gentle slope into the sea. It’s located next to a small river with turtles – which makes the sea water cooler and sometimes murky, but still nice. If you prefer, you can also use the beaches of the other nearby hotels. No mosquitoes at all, which was a big plus. What could be improved: no small bottled water is provided either at the hotel or on the beach. Overall, we loved our stay. This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and good service in a modern and spotless environment with tasty food. Staff were always friendly, smiling, and very professional. We would happily come back again!

Great hotel, clean rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located, and in the evening, you can walk around the city, which has many shops selling various souvenirs and gifts.

The hotel is beautifully located. 1 line(2 minutes and you're on a beautiful and clean beach). For an additional fee, we checked into a great room with sea view. (In 2025 they asked for 100 euros, 2026-135 for 9 nights)The reception staff is friendly, always ready to help. The hotel has 80% German pensioners . The hotel needs to renovate or upgrade rooms (but there are improvements compared to 2024)... There are fewer flowers on the grounds, could exhibit blooming in pots, but the grounds are well maintained, all around the greenery and the staff is chiseled.The food is good, alcohol has become lower level (wine is impossible to drink), champagne and beilie are delicious, on the lobby cocktails not all waiters make delicious (more often than not untasty).The waiters have friendly, diligent especially for tips Animation is slightly improved by the imported shows, Russian music is included, but from the 90s on amateur... In general the holiday succeeded, calm, measured with a chic beach. (There are real employees there, except for the beach bar) You can entertain yourself with excursions, trips to Manavgat and Side. Celkem dobře umístěný hotel. Blízko k pláži i k obchodům. Velice příjemné ubytování. Pokoje jsou sice na turecké poměry menší, zato jsou velmi dobře vybavené. Dostatek zásuvek, včetně USB na dobíjení, smart-TV, příjemné ambientní osvětlení, dokonalé čtecí lambičky. V koupelně dostatek možností k odložení oblečení. Velkou výhodou jsou čipy pro odemykání dveří integrované v náramcích. Celkově hotel působí čistým, technicky pokročilým dojmem. Výtahy (častá nemoc jiných hotelů) stíhají. Jídlo není tak opuletní jako jinde v Turecku, nicméně dostačuje. Obědy na pláži a u bazénu jsou vždy stejné a celkem nezajímavé. Trochu mi vadilo , že pokud se podává na snídani párek, vždy v něčem musí plavat. Personál je profesionální, milý, pozorný. Naprosto špičkově funguje úklid. Pokoj vždy čistý, uklizený, minibar doplněný snad i několikrát denně. A hlavně. Za celý pobyt jsme nezažili ručníkové války. Ani u bazenu, ani na pláži. Nějaké náznaky tam byly, ale spíš se jednalo o přední řady na pláži.
