Relaxing stay at a brand-new modern hotel We had a calm, quiet, and very relaxing holiday at the new Seher Side Quality Resort & SPA 16+ in Side. The hotel only opened in 2025 and is the fourth in the Seher group, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. The hotel isn’t very big (around 140 rooms) but it’s new, super clean, and modern. Location is great – close to a lively boulevard with shops, bazaars, pharmacies, plus Migros and Şok supermarkets. We arrived early in the morning (6 a.m.), got our wristbands right away, had breakfast at 7, and were checked into our room by 8. The elevators are fast and new, so no waiting. Rooms face either the pool or the neighboring Side Story Resort, so both sides have a decent view. On arrival, guests get a free 15-minute massage voucher (valid on the first day) and a beach bag with the hotel logo. Rooms are spotless and stylish, with new furniture, a huge TV with YouTube, minibar restocked daily with beer and soft drinks, plus tea/coffee set. Bathrooms come with lots of extras – toothbrush, shaving kit, cotton pads, bathrobes. Safe is free, A/C works perfectly. Towels were changed daily, and bed linen several times during the week. Food was excellent – always plenty of choice. There were themed dinners, and every day you could find meat, fish, and chicken. At the snack bar we really enjoyed the burgers, pizza, pasta, and freshly made sandwiches. The gözleme at the beach was amazing. Lots of fresh fruit depending on the season. Drinks were local, cocktails nicely prepared, and coffee in the lobby was very good. The pool area was clean, with enough sunbeds at all times. There are 2 outdoor pools plus an indoor one. Entertainment and animation were mostly at the smaller pool, and in the evenings there were shows at the amphitheater with tables and a cocktail bar. The beach is huge, sandy, and shared with the other Seher hotels (separated by ropes). The sand is fine, no pebbles, with sunshades and a gentle slope into the sea. It’s located next to a small river with turtles – which makes the sea water cooler and sometimes murky, but still nice. If you prefer, you can also use the beaches of the other nearby hotels. No mosquitoes at all, which was a big plus. What could be improved: no small bottled water is provided either at the hotel or on the beach. Overall, we loved our stay. This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and good service in a modern and spotless environment with tasty food. Staff were always friendly, smiling, and very professional. We would happily come back again!

Great hotel, clean rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located, and in the evening, you can walk around the city, which has many shops selling various souvenirs and gifts.

The hotel left a very negative impression because of the incident on the last day. We left for breakfast before we left, and when we returned to our room, we found that there was no cash of $120 in our personal effects. The administration's response to the reception has raised many questions. Instead of prompt assistance, we were faced with inaction and conflicting information. We were told that the staff did not enter the rooms for no reason, but when we viewed the CCTV (which we had to do for a long time), we recorded the unauthorized entry of a maid's employee into our room immediately after we left. The recording shows that the staff member was in the room for about two minutes, with no cleaning taking place at that time. We consider the information from receptionists to be unreliable due to many inconsistencies in their words. We have the persistent impression that the matter was being deliberately delayed because the administration knew we were leaving for the airport. I also want to note the extremely unsatisfactory work of a representative of the tour operator Anex named Refik. In our opinion, he failed to fulfil his professional duties: he did not come to the hotel to help resolve the conflict situation and did not take any measures to protect the interests of tourists. I highly recommend against the Seher hotel chain. Based on our experience, we can state that safety and assistance in emergencies are not to be expected from staff. Prepare for the possibility that your property may be at risk and the administration will not take effective action.

Hotel sauber,essen super,leider kann man dieses Hotel nicht online buchen, angeblich ist es auf jeder Platform ausgebucht,ich würde gerne wiederkommen, habe aber keine Chance es zu buchen,bitte um Info dieses Hotel zu buchen, wir möchten im September 2026 nochmals dort hin

Small new hotel, very modern, room with about 22 sqm sufficient, wardrobe in the room had a strong unpleasant smell. Room cleaning only superficial, but always formed from towels or bed sheets Food was average but mostly cold, even on the Turkish evening there were almost the same dishes as always, there were no other theme nights. Service in the restaurant very poor, servants and their bosses always stood together in the restaurant on a block, played with their mobile phones and you even had to walk around them with your own coffee. Reception staff were also just busy with their mobile phones and hardly appreciated the guests. Beach section very narrow, but we had always gotten two loungers in October/November, there was only one beach attendant for all Seher hotels, so the toilets looked like in the afternoon. Beach bar ok. Waiter very friendly. There was a gastrointestinal virus in the area, we also had it on the 3rd. Day caught and in the hotel, I think every other person was affected. After complaining to the manager, disinfection dispensers were finally set up for the hands.
