Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks stay at the Trendy Verbena Beach. This being the 2nd Trendy hotel we've stayed at (the first being Trendy Lara Beach) and we certainly weren't disappointed. The location of the hotel is ideal in that it backs straight onto the beach, albeit there is construction of a new hotel taking place directly opposite the front of the hotel so if you had a room facing away from the beach, this could be a problem, but we had a sea view family suite, hence weren't bothered by it. The hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean with people cleaning constantly which provides a high degree of confidence in relation to hygiene. The food was superb, some of the best we have encountered at an All Inclusive resort and we have been on quite a few. Our party of 7 all remarked on its quality and range, with everyone finding something to eat. My daughter is currently on a gluten and dairy free diet and after a brief discussion with guest relations, the cooking team starting preparing meals that she could eat without any issue; some of the food was so good, we asked for the recipes. As noted on other reviews, the hotel is currently focused primarily on the German market, hence many of the staff spoke German with only a handful speaking English, however this really wasn't an issue. We found all the staff helpful and cheerful, but have to mention a few in particular; - Berrin from Guest relations was our main point of contact. She speaks perfect English and was very helpful, ensuring that any queries we had were answered quickly. Thank you! - Mamed in the main restaurant who ensured my daughters dietary requirements were taken care of and that we were generally enjoying the food. - The whole entertainment team who made our kids stay particularly enjoyable and entertained throughout. - Hassan, Sulyman and Unal who were our main waiters at meal time or round the pool and were always smiling and happy to accommodate any request. Overall, this was a great holiday and we're already discussing a return in the not too distant future.

Hotel is lovely, cleanliness amazing and room great with robe, slippers, mini bar and toiletries provided. I personally think a glass door that doesn't shut properly is a bit odd on the toilet. Maid did a fantastic job everyday and was very friendly. Pools are lovely, indoor, outdoor heated and large main pool plus slide pool for kids. All kept super clean and maintained. Outdoor pool was heated to 24.5 degrees when I was there. Beach very clean with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, no rocks soft sand. I would imagine the sunbed situation is a nightmare in the summer as there isn't much space around the pools and people were stacking sunbeds 2 or 3 high so they can get up easier which I have never seen before. Also reserving with towels for the whole day whilst elsewhere. The management do nothing to stop this. Food was iinteresting - very Germancentric but lots of choice so always something to eat. As a veggie I did eat a lot of pizza, salad and chips. Some good entertainment some okay. Personally I found the entertainment team brash, loud and very irritating. As others have said it is 95% German pensioners this time of year but I don't have an issue with that. All of the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly with different levels of English but all tried hard. Beach bar fantastic especially the two older waiters who run a tight ship. It is a very long walk into Side on the beach and promenade about 1 hr 45 mins at a brisk pace but dolmus only 1.5 euros. I didn't like the amount of plastic waste generated by all the small bottles of water used - perhaps refill stations might be provided for guests. We had a lovely holiday but I probably wouldn't return as the food was disappointing and the hotel area is on the small side if it were busier. I also didn't get a Trendy beach bag! 😁

stayed here in march 2026, all staff really friendly entertainment every night spotless always cleaning all day. Beautiful beach view at the beach bar. Special thanks to kadir the entertainment team for making us feel very welcome

The best all inclusive hotel. All the staff are great. Berrin, the English speaking guest relations manager has been extremely helpful. She has given us lots of advice on where to visit. Also told us about the bus service, what days the best markets are on, she has even helped us with the football game on Sunday. The food is very nice and there's a great choice at the bar

2nd time at this hotel we had a fantastic time everything was top class hotel food staff entertainment we are booking again for September this year can’t wait
