Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, but none were as spotless as this one, the cleaning of all areas was constant. Check in was smooth and my friend and I were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the 4th floor which was very roomy with a fabulous view. The mini bar was well stocked, there were robes and slippers, a great powerful walk in shower and shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel provided. The food was amazing for the first week then the second week it all got a bit strange, I think more Germanic food. The Italian which you could book once a week free, was fantastic and so much to eat. A must visit! All the staff were lovely and helpful although new bar staff needed some training on drink mixes as we got served some strange concoctions. As previous people have mentioned the hotel is 95% senior Germans and all the staff kept speaking to us in German and some knew very little English so there was definitely a language barrier. There were only a handful of English arrived on our second week so it can be quite a lonely place to stay. The hotel was absolutely lovely but sadly we would not return due to being the minority from the U.K.

Wonderful friendly staff made our holiday. Ignore all negative reviews YES mostly German nationals but no problem all travellers very friendly and enjoy engaging in animation games (lots of fun). We have enjoyed our weeks stay here lots of food choices and had excellent service at both Italian and French à la carte restaurants 🥰 Must say a big thank you to Hadi and his animation team. Fabulous shows each night. Hotel is very clean and rooms welcoming with fantastic beds. Your staff are a credit to your hotel and would like to say many congratulations to Morat, Hassan, Osman and your Guest Relations 🥰. Sorry cannot name everyone but you all are the best. We would certainly recommend to all English travellers to consider this hotel for relaxation good food drinks and their hospitality…….second to none. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was excellent — very tasty, with a great variety every day, definitely one of the highlights of the vacation. The beach and pools were also very nice and well maintained. A special thank you to the bartender Murat, who was very friendly and professional! Unfortunately, not all of the alcohol and cocktails were good quality or tasty, which was a bit disappointing. Also, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is mostly focused on older German guests and pensioners, so younger groups or people looking for a more lively atmosphere might find it a bit скучновато. Still, overall we had a good отдых and enjoyed the hotel mainly because of the amazing food, beach, and relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed at Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach with a group of 43 colleagues from May 10–13. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is not brand new, but everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms were tidy, the food was diverse with many options, and the service staff were very kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the coffee and desserts at the Patisseria café. The cocktails at Njoy Bar were very tasty, and the bartender there was friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the opportunity for our whole group to enjoy Turkish cuisine together at the à la carte restaurant. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team for organizing this for us. On the downside, during the daytime there was very little entertainment or animation, and in the evenings we would have preferred longer parties and more opportunities to dance and enjoy the disco atmosphere. Unfortunately, before our trip we could not find information online that this hotel is mainly oriented toward older guests. The hotel was largely occupied by German retirees, and because of this, strict quiet hours after midnight were expected. We were not prepared for that. In our opinion, this hotel is very suitable for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with good food, sunshine, and a calm atmosphere. However, it may not be the best choice for younger travelers seeking active entertainment, dancing, sports activities, and nightlife.

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks stay at the Trendy Verbena Beach. This being the 2nd Trendy hotel we've stayed at (the first being Trendy Lara Beach) and we certainly weren't disappointed. The location of the hotel is ideal in that it backs straight onto the beach, albeit there is construction of a new hotel taking place directly opposite the front of the hotel so if you had a room facing away from the beach, this could be a problem, but we had a sea view family suite, hence weren't bothered by it. The hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean with people cleaning constantly which provides a high degree of confidence in relation to hygiene. The food was superb, some of the best we have encountered at an All Inclusive resort and we have been on quite a few. Our party of 7 all remarked on its quality and range, with everyone finding something to eat. My daughter is currently on a gluten and dairy free diet and after a brief discussion with guest relations, the cooking team starting preparing meals that she could eat without any issue; some of the food was so good, we asked for the recipes. As noted on other reviews, the hotel is currently focused primarily on the German market, hence many of the staff spoke German with only a handful speaking English, however this really wasn't an issue. We found all the staff helpful and cheerful, but have to mention a few in particular; - Berrin from Guest relations was our main point of contact. She speaks perfect English and was very helpful, ensuring that any queries we had were answered quickly. Thank you! - Mamed in the main restaurant who ensured my daughters dietary requirements were taken care of and that we were generally enjoying the food. - The whole entertainment team who made our kids stay particularly enjoyable and entertained throughout. - Hassan, Sulyman and Unal who were our main waiters at meal time or round the pool and were always smiling and happy to accommodate any request. Overall, this was a great holiday and we're already discussing a return in the not too distant future.
