It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

First of all, I come from a background of hospitality and worked in 5* hotels+Resorts for over 10 years so I know what it takes for a hotel to be recognised as a 5*. This is Definitely not it. The purpose of this review is just to make sure that whoever books this resort next will know exactly what to expect, so that they do not get disappointed as much as me and my girlfriend did. So we booked ALL INCLUSIVE package via love holidays which includes everything flight and transport as well. In order to make it easier, I will write it in bullet points: - WIFI is not included: in 2025 to not provide WIFI in a 5 star resort is criminal. And I am not saying ‘fast WiFi’ I am talking about any type of WiFi. So if you are like us that come from a place where WiFi is not supported in Turkey don’t have a choice but to pay for it. That’s 14 euros (cash only) which means u will need to withdraw and pay a fee to withdraw money as well. - The room: there is absolutely no amenities in the room (no coffee or tee making, no hairdryer) the mattress of the bed is hard rock which gave us back pain every night and deprived us from sleeping. The blankets are not blankets but more towels (which matter of fact, the first night I actually used it as a towel thinking it was one). Furthermore, we had a leak in our room which for 3 days in a row nothing was done even after serving the room 3 times already. And lastly, the walls are so thin that you can hear every thing that goes on the other rooms. Overall, sleeping in this room at night was everything but relaxing and involved absolutely no sleep. - No gym and the spa is incredibly limited which also closes at 17:00 as you can imagine, you would want to enjoy the sun until that time therefore we never actually get to enjoy the spa and by spa I mean literally a tiny Turkish bath which fits maybe 3 people max and a Roman bath which has no use unless you wish to have a massage. They also say they have tennis courts, that is also a scam considering is just one court and in order to play u need to give £20 deposit (again only cash) which with the withdraw fees u need to pay would mean paying for tennis as well. - Restaurants: there are only 2 restaurants one by the beach which literally only does pizza and burger and the main restaurant which is the Buffett and for 8 days in a row they had the exact same food. Extremely limited as well on the selections of dishes and not good quality at all. There are people queuing up before the opening time to rush to the meet section (only 1 available) and if u do not make it there first, forget as the queue for it just became unbearable to wait for a it. Apart from that there is very little meet and fish and once again extremely limited. - Doctor: you better hope you don’t get sick or Ill while you are at Senza. Me and my girlfriend caught a simple flu during our stay and went to see the doctor just to get some paracetamol (nothing special) when we got there doctor was no where to be found and we were sent back and forth from reception to the doctor office. Eventually, this individual shows up on a bike which struggled to carry him with a t-shirt saying ‘medical staff’ and looked at us as if ‘why are this people interrupting my doing nothing routine’ and after asking for a simple paracetamol he told us no we don’t have medicine here. My girlfriend correctly pointed out that on the window there is a pharmaceutical sign which says ‘pharmacy product’ his response was ‘aww this is just a green cross’. He then offered to call the pharmacy and bring the paracetamol to the hotel, but guess what, we had to pay and was cash only once again. So in the end we just left. I honestly struggle to understand what purpose does this doctor plays in this so called 5* resort - STAFF ATTITUDE - after working 10 years in the hospitality industry, you learn that a lot of times is not necessarily the place that makes a good holiday but the service you receive. Let me tell you, one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The reception knows absolutely nothing and for everything all he wants is money. The spa guy that is there sits on the bench outside all day and when you ask a question he does not even look at you or take the time to explain. The definition of HK cleaning your room is basically just folding up the so called ‘blankets’ NOTHING ELSE. Every single person we encountered within the resort that works here seems absolutely unbothered and if you dare asking them something they honestly make you feel like you are bothering them and never take their time to explain things but instead just give you short and rude answers which majority of the times involves going else where or ‘no we cannot do it’ even the time we departed, we left at 2:30am which I am still on the ALL inclusive package and all I asked was for a quick coffee while waiting for the shuttle. The receptionist answer was ‘closed’ To add on some extras, the resort is built on a hill which means there are a LOT of stairs to go up and down so every movement is painful and long. Ofcourse not shuttles are offered to take you from point A to point B making it impossible for a disabled people to stay here by the way. Overall this has been an absolutely terrible experience and I can confidently say this is not a 5* at all, but not even close. This is a good 3* resort for the services they provide and the customer service they offer. So for those of you looking to have the 5* experience DO NOT BOOK HERE. Seven seas is literally just next to it and that is a real 5*. Alternatively, just book a 3 star hotel and you will have a much better and cheaper experience . I would love to speak to the GM of this resort and tell him/her how much of a terrible Job he/she has done with this place, having worked in the hospitality industry and knowing the quality and effort that it takes to gain and maintain the 5* reputation, is absolutely embarrassing that this resort carries the reputation of a 5* resort. I WILL BE POSTiNG THIS REVIEW EVERY MONTH TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING. I just wish someone wrote this review before I booked, hence the reason why I am doing this.

We have visited the hotel in October (finishing the season, I believe). To start with, it’s 100 percent not 5 star hotel. I would say 3, on a push… and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars not 1, is the staff. The room itself was dirty, awful smell from the bathroom, to extend where we had to keep all the doors shut. Room wouldn’t lock, and it was quite scary to go to the balcony - incredibly wobbly. Must say, if you feel like risking, there was seaside view… far away. Please note, wifi is available for additional price, and reception staff is not super friendly, or from what we’ve experienced. All drinks come in plastic cups, and selection is limited depending on the bar. Beer was ok, and there’s no option to upgrade. Oh, and brown liquid locals calls whiskey, is most definitely not whiskey. On a positive note, bar staff was pleasant, and entertainment team did try their best to get everyone involved. So well done to them. Oh, also good was surprisingly good! Views from restaurant is brilliant, but be prepared to walk if you’re only getting standard room. And fight for the table to be honest. So overall, cleanliness does not meet even 3 stars, and if you would to spend time in the room (standard) you’ll be hugely disappointed. Sorry :)
