I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We arrived at around 3 a.m. after a long day of travelling, only to discover that we had not been given the room we had originally booked. As we were exhausted, we decided to stay in the room for the night and speak to reception the following morning. We were then told that the room we had booked was “unavailable” unless we paid an additional €150. As an apology, they offered to reduce the charge to €100, but I found this completely unacceptable. We had already paid for our chosen room, and being asked to pay extra because the hotel couldn’t honour our booking was not a reasonable solution. We were told this was the only option, so we had no choice but to stay where we were. Unfortunately, things only got worse. There was a severe shortage of sunbeds, leading to the daily “sunbed wars.” Guests were reserving loungers very early in the morning and then leaving them unused for five or six hours, meaning many people had nowhere to sit for most of the day. The hotel appeared to do nothing to manage this. The food was some of the worst I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. Much of the buffet wasn’t labelled, so you often had no idea what you were eating. The selection was limited, and the food was not replenished throughout service. Dinner was advertised as being available from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m., yet by 8 p.m. much of the food had already gone, leaving very little choice. Guests were queuing 10–15 minutes before opening and rushing in just to have a chance of getting food before it ran out. That is simply not what you expect from an all-inclusive holiday. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. The floor was so dirty that we felt we had to keep our shoes on. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and when they did visit, it often appeared that they had simply made the bed rather than properly cleaning the room or changing the bedding. There was also a terrible smell coming from the shower drain. We contacted reception on several occasions, but each time someone simply poured bleach down the drain, which temporarily masked the smell without actually resolving the issue. On our arrival night we found a large puddle of water in the middle of the room which I slipped on walking to the bed. We made staff aware of this but it wasn’t addressed. One of the most frustrating aspects of the holiday was the constant harassment from the spa representatives. They approached us multiple times every single day trying to sell additional spa treatments. Politely declining was rarely accepted. They would sit on the end of our sunbeds, pull up chairs while we were eating lunch, and continue pressuring us to book treatments. On more than one occasion, they became quite aggressive when we said no. This made it difficult to relax and was completely inappropriate. The drinks were equally disappointing. The cocktail offering consisted of a single unidentified cocktail with no indication of what was actually in it. The beer and wine were of very poor quality, and we chose not to drink them for most of the holiday. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From not receiving the room we booked, to poor cleanliness, disappointing food, constant pressure to spend more money, and inadequate facilities, the holiday fell far below expectations. I would not return to this hotel and, based on our experience, I would not recommend it to others. There are far better hotels available where guests are treated with the level of service and quality they have paid for.

The hotel is located in the mountains, which can be difficult for those who do not like climbing, but the sea views are worth the effort. The beach is cozy, with a gentle entrance, and the restaurant on the terrace offers unforgettable views and a varied menu. The staff is polite and attentive, which makes your stay here especially enjoyable. I attended a Thai spa massage at the hotel and was absolutely delighted. The relaxing atmosphere, soft light and pleasant aromas created ideal conditions for relaxation. The masseuse was a true professional, adapting the massage to my needs and using natural oils, which added comfort. Overall, this is a great place to relax with quality massage and excellent service!

We stayed as a family of five, including two teenagers, and unfortunately our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The only real positive aspect was the location, and the fact that the property clearly has potential. However, it is in serious need of investment and renovation. Overall, the hotel felt dirty and neglected. Both the rooms and the common areas were not properly maintained in terms of cleanliness. The food selection was poor and quite limited, especially considering the type of hotel it claims to be. The hotel was also very crowded, which made the stay less comfortable. The water slides were only open during selected hours, which limited access to the main attractions. Beach towels were in very poor condition — they looked like rags, often torn and clearly not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. The beach bar offered a very limited menu, mainly burgers, spaghetti, and pizzas made to order. There were not enough seating areas or sunbeds for the size of the resort, which often made it difficult to find a place to sit or relax. The staff appeared tired and not particularly engaged. The swimming pool also needs urgent renovation, as there were visible broken and falling tiles, which was concerning. Overall, the hotel has potential but currently does not meet expectations and requires significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality. For the same price, it is possible to find much better hotels in Turkey with a higher standard and better overall service. We stayed as a family of five with two teenagers, and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
