The rooms were not in good condition, with disgusting showers and bathrooms, including mould in the shower. The heating was not working, and as we were travelling with a baby, proper heating was essential due to the storm outside. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the issue. We had to change rooms 3 times and eventually change hotels, as the heating did not work in any of them. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I will attach photos of the bathroom ceiling and door so you can see the conditions. The food was also terrible. The only beautiful aspects were the view and the outdoor garden; however, the interior of the hotel was a mess. I would not go back. It is also worth mentioning that many staff members, mainly at reception, were unable to understand English properly, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

Senza Garden Holiday Club - Informații

Senza Garden Holiday Club este un hotel superb, care se remarcă prin locația sa excelentă. Proprietatea este situată chiar pe o plajă privată cu nisip și pietriș, la doar câțiva kilometri de centrele din Konakli și Alanya. La fața locului, oaspeții beneficiază de cinci piscine, inclusiv două pentru copii și una cu tobogane. În plus, vizitatorii se pot bucura de facilități sportive și de zona de spa, unde se pot relaxa în baia turcească sau în timpul unui masaj. Copiii au la dispoziție activități la mini club și la locul de joacă. Oferta All Inclusive și posibilitatea de a alege dintre până la șapte baruri completează perfect experiența.
