Senza Grand Santana Hotel

We were a family of 4 from the UK. We are just back from a 10 day stay and had a lovely time, hotel was really nice and staff very helpful. Rooms a good size and we had a lovely view of the sea and pool. Food was nice always lots of choice but they could cater a bit better for UK people. The resort itself was nice, lots of bars/shops and restaurants. Sunny Bar was the best food and drinks amazing and only 5 mins from the hotel. Defo worth a visit. Only downside of the hotel was the sun loungers, there is defo not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. If you didn't have your towels down on a sun lounger for 7.30am then you aren't getting a sun longer that day (even though there is a sign not to reserve beds, hotel staff didn't remove any of the towels which they should be) The hotel need to get more sun loungers as I did notice alot of unhappy people when they came down and had nowhere to sit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The hotel is on a busy highway with constant traffic noise, and the rooms are dated and desperately need a refurb. On arrival, we had only one thin pillow each and a single towel (as a blanket!) too small for one person, let alone two. The service was terrible: our minibar was never restocked, room was not serviced - dirty glasses left for 3 days. Worse, my husband got food poisoning on day two from the buffet (we only ate here so could not have been from anywhere else) ruining our stay. Rooms, corridors and lifts in dire need of a deep clean and a refurb. Pool is nice. The manager and reception staff are very rude. We were locked out of our room an hour before checkout. They need to downgrade their star rating to manage guest expectations. Do not recommend.

I was thinking of booking this holiday for my family. The all the web pages say that the Wi-Fi in the room is chargeable, but for in public areas. I sent an email to the hotel 24 hours ago. No response but not the end of the world. So I used the web chat. Guess what they don’t know. The response ranged from you need to contact reception to we don’t have that information to I don’t know the password‼️ It’s ridiculous they can’t answer basic question from their on webpage.

Good location next to sea, helpful personal, clean rooms, good food, private beach, relaxed guests from different countries, spa zone. But to drive to airport Antalia it takes about 2 hours.
