Senza Grand Santana Hotel

I liked everything. The staff was very nice. The animators were great. The food was delicious. One minus was that the housekeeping took a long time and they didn't replenish the minibar and toiletries.

Location 2 half hours from air port . Nothing really for kids on a night boring some of the reps don’t speak English Rooms where stinking and dirty not a 5* hotel paid 100 pound for WiFi for 6 days no discount nothing you can here every bit of noice from other rooms you had to wisper so no one heard ya convo some of the staff very rude me I would never go again they beg you and don’t leave u till u make a good review but I said no I’ll wait till my stay is over !! Very racist my kids are mixed and my partner is black do not go to this hotel avoid at all costs oh not to mention loads of tools let’s in door ways hammers stable knifes the lot so any child can pick up cleaners cupboards wide open !!! Not good at all They give u 1 hour in airport via transfer to go through all security we got on our flight right last min !!!!!!!

The food the facility and the customer service is absolutely amazing and so much full of kindness and polite and the scenery is amazing .and last at least the surrounding is fantastic. And mr huseyn and miss Burch and mr furkan are spontaneous fantastic and really good at serving and good communication with respectful .i would recommend to be served and dealt with these wonderful people .

Stayed at the Senza Grand hotel for a weeks vacation and I enjoyed every minute of the stay at the hotel and it's restaurant. The hotel was clean with lots of marble tiles and the food was amazing. Special warm welcome was given by the staff at the lunch time restaurant who were amazing and friendly and food was free to eat in from 12pm till 5pm. We feasted on burgers and salad and pizza and drank all we could. The atmosphere was plesent and the pool area and bar was always a great place to relax and enjoy the music from the resident DJ. I will stay at the Sanza everytime as its right on the sea front where relaxed on the private beach. We got value for money and an experience to remember and treasure. Of course a holiday is not a holiday unless your extoorted farely or unfairly so the price of a chocolate twix came in around the €4 mark, but that can be over looked by the great staff and people we met who made sure we enjoyed our stay at the Senza. By the way, the Suana and steam room was clean and free to use and massages was available to book. I rate this a 5 out of 5. Don't hesitate to book your holiday there and be sure to mention you support Galatasari for an extra smile when your getting served at the bestro.

I had a nice holiday at Senza Grand Santana Hotel. The staff was caring and friendly, the animations were fun. The food was varied, the rooms were clean. It is also a big plus that it is close to the sea. Overall, I was satisfied, I recommend it.
