Serenis Hotel

Family - 5 Adults, 3 Children Aged 5, 5, and 10 years. We paid £3200 for 10 days, all-inclusive (flights and private transfer) - Very, Very Cheap! Ignore all the negatives reviews, it's a budget friendly 5* hotel. So let's get into it! CURRENCY. We bought Turkish Lira, however, everywhere was priced in Euro! You can use, lira, euro, pounds and dollers. BREAKFAST Breakfast is ok. I didn't find no sausages or bacon. You can get a fresh omelette made, eggy bread, toast with all the different toppings, yogurt, cereal etc. In my opinion it wasn't the best, but you will find something to eat. LUNCH Lunch was great. Chicken Kebab, hotdogs, Lamb burgers, Donner, Salad, chips, wedges, naan breads. This was really nice! DINNER Dinner has lots of options. They do the traditional Turkish food like chicken shish, lamb shish, soup, chips, burgers, salad, fruits, vegetables.. there's quite a few options. It was nice. ROOM We all had a room on the 4th floor. Very clean, Aircon was on and worked fine (not the most powerful but it kept as cool) You get one room card which you need to use for the electric. Kettle, hair dryer, towels, shower get, safe, TV all available and a small balcony facing the pool. Rooms can be cleaned everyday.. we had no issues at all. POOLS 2 large pools, 2 relaxing pools, a wave pool, children's pool with 7 little slides and water fountain, indoor pool, and 4 slides which the child could all use. The pool areas were clean. LOCATION Very good location, free bus down to the beach (the beach has lots to do however, if I'm honest, it's not the nicest but it has everything a beach would normally. Lots of shops, clothes, shoes, bags etc - All fairly priced, some places can be knocked down. Bars and restaurants. WIFI No WiFi in the rooms. For a 10 nights its £23 euro PER DEVICE not per room. Which I thought was very expensive. There is WIFI in the lobby areas. ENTERTAINMENT The main entertainment part wasn't on when we was there, however, they the entertainment in the outside bar area. A little bit for the kids, then bingo and then some music. They have arcades where you have to buy token to use - 20 tokens was around £24 euros. They had kids strap in trampoline which was 7 euro for 5 minutes. ONSIGHT SHOPS Clothes, perfume, hairdressers! Don't agree with the first price you can hussle a little bit! Overall, I really can't fault the hotel at all. Especially as it is a budget one. The kids loved it! I was very surprised when I got here, I was expecting it to be terrible after reading the reviews. I really can't understand why they're so bad! Honestly, if you want a cheap get away, just go here..

Wow 1 of the worst hotels i have ever been to AVOID We 3 women 2 infants we arrived early hours on 29th april took to our 3rd floor rooms they werent the cleanest we then had to wait for travel cots went to breakfast served raw eggs and raw omelette not a lot of selection by tea time Wednesday our babys had explosive diarrhoea we thought maybe change of water this continued the food got worse we decided to eat out which was costly we complained to hotel like on the beach advised which changed nothing no entertainment other than bingo some sorte of tombola and a quiz (these 3 things u have to pay for)dj(same songs played over and over) most of the staff are rude and unhelpful We complained for 3 days about our broken fridge day 5 they sorted a replacement Departure day we left our room booked out asked if our cases would be ok in the lobby lounge they said yes we took the kids for a wonder came bk to lobby to get them to sleep they had a few toys out played for a littLe fell asleep my little boy was asleep on my chest when the hotel manager approached us pretty aggressively and said he wanted us out of the hotel as it looked like we were camping there and he wasnt having it i explained we weren’t being picked up untill 10:30 and we couldn’t keep our room on he then started to shout he was having us removed by hotel security We quickly got in touch with on the beach who decided for our “safety” we should organise alternative accommodation at our cost until transfer a rep turned up spoke to the manager who said we could stay but the kids (7m &10m) had to stay in there prams and couldn’t have toys out sorry but isnt this supposed to be a family hotel now serenis hotel did your manager try to intimidate us because it was 3 women ???????

After a friend needed a doctor the reception staff refused to help saying “no manager” “ not our problem”. And told other people to shut up. When videoed the main person at reception who refused to help he knocked my phone out my hand and could have damaged my property ! Speaking to my partner he was staring at her breasts and seemed like he couldn’t care in the slightest.
