Mehmet was outstanding at massage, booked 4 and a facial. Loved it. Highly recommended.

The staff are nice the facilities are not as advertised at all.. not the complex shown in the images and not 5 star The bar very limited if you like beer you are ok !

I was nervous before staying here as there are a lot of bad reviews however mine and my friends experiences were very different. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, dancing in the mornings and playing pool games like water polo everyday. The hotel also had different activities throughout the day such as air shooting and holding a parrot and taking pictures which cost €6 per photo as well as entertainment at night for all ages. You can also take part in bingo and Tombola for an extra cost. The staff were very good helping you with what you needed as well as laughing and joking with you to make a good environment, they even offered to take you to night clubs for €15 with transport to and from provided, me and my friends went on our last night and felt very safe and well looked after with the group there. There was a wide selection of food and food was served basically all day, drinks were good. The rooms were clean and you had the option to have cleaners in or not that day, there is also a luggage room to hold bags and suitcases if u have an early check out and late flight. There are also shops downstairs. In the end me and my friends had a very nice relaxing holiday at Serenis.
