Spice Hotel & SPA

We stayed at the hotel with our whole family and overall were very pleased with the trip. While there were some minor issues that could have been improved, they didn't detract from our overall experience. On the contrary, thanks to the excellent atmosphere and the work of the entertainment team, many minor flaws simply didn't matter. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the grounds are spacious and well-maintained, and there are plenty of places to relax with the whole family. The food was varied and the selection was wide, so everyone could find something to enjoy. The staff was generally friendly and attentive. But the highlight of our vacation was the entertainment staff. The staff created a great atmosphere every day, interacted with guests, organized various activities, and simply kept us entertained. I'd especially like to mention Karina. She's a very pleasant, open, and welcoming person. She quickly connected with our entire family, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel like we'd known each other for a long time. I especially appreciated how unobtrusive the entertainment staff was. We could relax quietly, or we could join in on the entertainment, dance, socialize, and simply have a great time. We even joined in the dancing with the guests several times, and those moments became some of the most vivid memories of our vacation. In the end, I'd like to say that despite some minor shortcomings at the hotel itself, the entertainment truly made up for it. We left in a good mood and feeling like our vacation was a success. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and a special thanks to Karina for her energy, attention, and friendliness. On behalf of our family, we can confidently recommend this hotel and hope to return again someday!

I had a wonderful experience at Spice Hotel! The hotel was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to (Yarynka) from the animation team. She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would like to thank the whole team for making our holiday so special. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well organized. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the territory is clean and green, and there are so many nice places to relax, take photos, walk around, and simply enjoy the atmosphere. A special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Katya and Dasha. They were absolutely amazing! They are both very friendly, energetic, positive, and always smiling. They really know how to create a good atmosphere and make guests feel comfortable. They were always around, communicating with guests, inviting everyone to activities, playing sports, dancing, and making sure nobody was bored. Katya and Dasha deserve special recognition because you can really see how much effort they put into their work. They are attentive to guests, always ready to help, and they bring so much positive energy. Even when there were many people and a lot of activities, they remained friendly and cheerful. Their attitude made our holiday much more enjoyable. The animation program was also great. There were different activities during the day, so everyone could find something they liked. I especially enjoyed the sports activities and the evening entertainment. The animators made everything fun and easy to join, even if you didn’t know anyone. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a really pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The whole territory is very impressive, and there are many beautiful areas where you can relax and enjoy your time. Overall, I had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Katya and Dasha, for their hard work, kindness, energy, and amazing attitude. They truly made our stay more memorable. I had a wonderful stay at Spice Hotel and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-organized, and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The food was delicious, the facilities were great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Can Bey from the animation team. He was very friendly, energetic, and professional, and he really helped make our holiday more fun and memorable. His positive attitude and communication with guests were excellent. Overall, Spice Hotel offers a great holiday experience with a beautiful environment, quality service, and a fantastic entertainment team. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again!
