Spice Hotel & SPA

We had such an amazing trip with friends! Spice met us with warm and love. We were admired of sea view from our room. Moreover we are so grateful for a clean rooms every day. What about food,all time we ate something new , so many seafood ,desserts etc. We loved huge pools here. In second day we met one girl from animation team - Yarynka. She had such an amazing energy and we got one vibe with her. All dart games with her was perfect and soo funny. We will never forget her for sure. We are so grateful for attention ,warm and fun to her. You are the best - Yarynka ! We hope meet to again. So thank so much for everybody from bar also,house keeping departament for a such stunning holiday.

This is a really well run all inclusive hotel. The food is fabulous, the staff are excellent, the location is superb. I could go on but I suggest you come and check it out for yourself

The hotel staff are very attentive to your needs and make a point of making each day of your holiday as relaxing as it can be.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall and there are many things this hotel does very well. The food included in the all inclusive package was genuinely very good. My recommendation is actually to stick with the included buffet food rather than paying extra for the à la carte restaurants, because the standard food offering was already excellent. The hotel also has a very nice location and overall atmosphere. That said, several frustrating issues took away from what could have been an excellent experience. The biggest issue was the tennis equipment. We paid 35€ to rent 3 rackets for one hour, and the rackets were in terrible condition. The grips were literally wrapped with packaging tape, and one racket was actually broken. After trying to play for an hour, we complained and asked either for proper rackets or a refund. I even offered to go buy replacement grips from the neighboring hotel myself just so we could continue playing during our stay. Despite multiple discussions afterward, the hotel refused both a refund and any real solution. Fighting guests over 35€ instead of simply fixing broken equipment is disappointing and unnecessary. Another major issue was the AC, which did not work properly for two weeks. The room was extremely warm unless we opened the balcony door, which then meant dealing with mosquitoes. We complained multiple times but nothing was fixed. The “heated” pool was also still very cold. There were also some strange all inclusive rules that became annoying, especially for a large family. For example, you could not get a bottle of wine, only individual glasses, which made getting drinks unnecessarily complicated. The lifeguards were constantly blowing whistles for no obvious reason, and when we tried to understand what was happening, there was little to no English spoken to explain anything. Overall, we really did enjoy the hotel, the food, and the location. But unfortunately, several small issues and the hotel’s unwillingness to solve simple customer problems overshadowed the experience. The focus should be on making guests happy, not arguing over broken tennis rackets and small complaints.
