No air conditioning in any part of hotel. We got told it doesn’t go on until the summer!

What an amazing hotel was greeted with a smile (was told the hotel was empty and if we wanted to up grade to sea view we could for €150 euro, a little disappointed, if you are empty a free up grade would have been nice. Anyway every person that served us 10 out of 10, the food was amazing and huge amount of choice each meal time, Had lots of different drinks to choose from on an evening, the entertainment was great, a man played on keyboard and sang really good, Felt so safe walking in and around the town, 25 min walk on main road, Hotel was quite empty as out of season there were lots &lots of sun beds all clean and pool spotless. Would definitely return went on the waterfall trip would highly recommended this was great and cost us £50 for 2 was all day, take some water and do thing to cover up get a little spray from waterfall due to wind and don’t buy any ice creams £35 by the bottom waterfall 😡 lunch was super on the trip 5 different choices with plenty to eat, tour guide was very informative, definitely do this trip (see trip advisor to book) well worth the money we didn’t do the boat trip due to rain and got £20 refund straight away

Very good been amazing time and good food and drinks

We haverecently stayed at Spice Hotel, and overall it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. We had regular contact with Niagra (guest relation personal ) who was very attentive to make sure our stay was of a high standard. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a unique and luxurious atmosphere that really stands out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering both comfort and style. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. The food was one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of options available, catering to different tastes, and the quality was consistently good. The hotel was celebraing Eid Al Fitr during our stay and invited us to take part in their celebrations. such as the Buyguol ave.restaurants were well-organized, and service was efficient even during busy times. We paid to visit the Chinese restaurant in the hotel 25 euros each, and it was worth every penny the food was some of best Chinese food we have had, and we have alot of Chinese restaurants in Newcastle. The outdoor pools were large and plenty of sitting areasvespecially There was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax or stay active. The beach area was also clean maintained, making it perfect for a day in the sun( when we got some as we unfortunately had 🌧). The lobby bar staff were friendly and very efficient , neither my husband and I are big alcohol drinkers but Rahmi and Cilla both knew our drinks and soon as we sat down Rahmi was there with our drinks and snacks. I would definitely recommend Spice Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday, and I would happily return in the future with our little family.

We visited as a family trip to play golf. We were connected with the outmost best agency possible that organized our golf journey during this 7 day stay. No pre booking of tee times, however they found a time everyday even in this high season. First and foremost before you read the rest of the comments, keep in mind we stayed during the low season for none golfers. When it comes to the hotel, the service was spot on, always looking for our empty drinks to refill. With amazing selection. The hotel had some wear and tear given it's longevity. Amazing opening hours for food. Almost round the clock. I wouldn't say there was a memorable dish, but a great variety of food. Plentiful activities, events and facilities to occupy your time. I would expect during peak season they would pick up. Keep in mind that during colder season, they are only able to turn off central heating and not cool the room you stay in. This is a strong 4 out of 5 star hotel, working on becoming a 5. Highly advised! Find the right price for your stay ;)
