The hotel staff are very attentive to your needs and make a point of making each day of your holiday as relaxing as it can be.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall and there are many things this hotel does very well. The food included in the all inclusive package was genuinely very good. My recommendation is actually to stick with the included buffet food rather than paying extra for the à la carte restaurants, because the standard food offering was already excellent. The hotel also has a very nice location and overall atmosphere. That said, several frustrating issues took away from what could have been an excellent experience. The biggest issue was the tennis equipment. We paid 35€ to rent 3 rackets for one hour, and the rackets were in terrible condition. The grips were literally wrapped with packaging tape, and one racket was actually broken. After trying to play for an hour, we complained and asked either for proper rackets or a refund. I even offered to go buy replacement grips from the neighboring hotel myself just so we could continue playing during our stay. Despite multiple discussions afterward, the hotel refused both a refund and any real solution. Fighting guests over 35€ instead of simply fixing broken equipment is disappointing and unnecessary. Another major issue was the AC, which did not work properly for two weeks. The room was extremely warm unless we opened the balcony door, which then meant dealing with mosquitoes. We complained multiple times but nothing was fixed. The “heated” pool was also still very cold. There were also some strange all inclusive rules that became annoying, especially for a large family. For example, you could not get a bottle of wine, only individual glasses, which made getting drinks unnecessarily complicated. The lifeguards were constantly blowing whistles for no obvious reason, and when we tried to understand what was happening, there was little to no English spoken to explain anything. Overall, we really did enjoy the hotel, the food, and the location. But unfortunately, several small issues and the hotel’s unwillingness to solve simple customer problems overshadowed the experience. The focus should be on making guests happy, not arguing over broken tennis rackets and small complaints.

We had a really great stay at Spice Hotel in Belek 😊 The food was very good with lots of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special thank you to Can from the animation team and Moise at the bar — both gave us fantastic service and really helped make our vacation extra enjoyable. The hotel area is beautiful, and overall we are very satisfied with our stay. A few things could be improved: - The pools could have been a bit warmer. - It would also be nice if the hotel enabled the AC function in the rooms earlier. - Tennis was unfortunately quite expensive considering the quality of the equipment. Paying 10€ per hour for worn-out rackets did not feel very reasonable. But overall, we had a very nice holiday and would definitely consider coming back ☀️

A weeks stay from end of April into may. Some areas not open early in stay such as the pier and the snack bar behind sherbet bar. (It did open after a few days). Overall the place is great. Service in the Casablanca bar was excellent as was service throughout the hotel. Customer relations were great when some items got lost in our group. Great choice of food in the main restaurant. Only criticism is the food in the main restaurant is not hot. Just warm. Maybe have some plates that are warm to help this. We went al acarte Italian one night. The service again was great. The steaks were average at best. Other dishes were good. Snack bar food is very good and prepared as you wait. Was very quiet during our stay as hotel season just seems to be starting. Please get some single donuts for the elephant slide! The nightclub could definitely do with upgrading. Overall a great place with very helpful staff.

Very nice hotel albeit not a lot open until 1st may including aircon. Customer relations Nigora very friendly and helpful and always checking every thing ok . Ramhi very good in bar
