Pro: Beach and sea are nice Cons: Rooms mid, food mid, staff horrible

Try to get into the al a carte restaurant , good luck!. We went out in Side last night, that was lovely, couldn’t stand another buffet. We never do all inclusive, this is the reason why! Taxis about 20 euros to Side Port, this is a lovely place and plenty of restaurant choices. Lots of flies around the buffet, food uncovered in the restaurant, I understand a few flies around; yet there are lots, no fly covers over the food either. Sadly we had to change to this hotel last minute and we were only given this option. Not given much information about the hotel or about making the reservations for the restaurants, such a shame.

So, last night, my family came back into our provided room after we did a bit of shopping and my wife went to the bathroom afterwards. Suddenly, she came out of the room saying the bottom of sink was leaking on the bottom. To our horror, the pipe had broke, and was leaking hot water everywhere, with the pace of the water pouring growing more and more. I went down to the lobby to get assistance yet the staff spoke little to no english and we're even joking about our situation. Mind you, it was 12PM and we just wanted some rest, instead, now my child was terrified, my wife stressed and me annoyed because the staff wasn't doing their jobs and took the matter seriously. By the time I came back to the hotel room, the entire room was flooded and the pipe that broke was leaking at an extremely fast rate. After an engineer checked out the damage (after it flooded the entire room), the guy assisting us made us pack extremely quickly, not letting us even think everything and practically kicked us out all in the span of 10 minutes. Afterwards, he took us from the 2nd building which was relatively close to the pool and restaurant where we ate, all the way to the 6th building that took a long time to get to from room to pool/restaurant and backwards. By the time we got there and settled back in, it was 2AM. The worse part is? They didn't apologize! Overall? A very bad experience. I payed serious money just so I could wake up with everything under water? I'll never come back, fix your hotel before advertising it to people!

As a family of 4 we stayed for 5 nights which was just the right amount of time. The food was average at best and was rarely warm. I didn’t bother with breakfast for the last 2 days. Honestly, if you’re English, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We were the only English guests at the hotel, which normally I wouldn’t mind, but barely any of the staff spoke English, which was a challenge at times. The pool areas were fine and we never struggled to find a sun lounger. The water temperature was nice and the kids enjoyed the slides. The beach was okay with plenty of loungers, but nothing amazing. There isn’t much in the surrounding area apart from a few shops selling cheap football tops, although the hotel does have a small shop. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was dingy, small, and very run down. Overall, the hotel needs a major revamp as it feels very outdated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in across Turkey. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be returning. At best, I’d rate it as a 3-star hotel.

It was a wonderful holiday that we will remember for a long time. From the very first day we felt special and truly welcomed. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, very varied and of excellent quality. Special thanks go to Ali and Mehmet from the lobby – they took the best care of us, were extremely kind and helpful, and their professionalism made our stay truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
