Our stay at this property in the Side region of Antalya was truly delightful, combining excellent service quality with a commendable respect for nature. The hotel offers a peaceful, eco-friendly atmosphere, with great attention to cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Rooms were spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and provided a high level of comfort. Its close proximity to the sea, two well-maintained pools, and ample on-site parking further contributed to a convenient and pleasant experience. While all staff members were courteous and accommodating, Mr. Hasan Güzelsu from the Guest Relations Department truly stood out. His professionalism, eloquent communication, problem-solving mindset, and warm interpersonal approach elevated our entire stay. Mr. Güzelsu consistently went above and beyond, ensuring every request was addressed promptly and with care. His support made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. We sincerely thank Mr. Güzelsu and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing, high-quality stay in harmony with nature.
It was a wonderful holiday that we will remember for a long time. From the very first day we felt special and truly welcomed. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, very varied and of excellent quality. Special thanks go to Ali and Mehmet from the lobby – they took the best care of us, were extremely kind and helpful, and their professionalism made our stay truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
From our first day at the resort we quickly realised this hotel accommodates only for German,Russian and Polish guests. Everything we asked for felt like it was too much effort for them. Blank expressions, no smiles when we would go to the bars and walking around. My husband asked for a Strawberry Daiquiri at the pool bar and was told only cocktails on list.. but then see barman do one for a German guest! Not a great start.. I asked for 2 white wines at lobby bar to then be mocked about my accent. I asked for ouzo and sprite ,the barman took the absolute mick with the measurement even though I said it was enough,he flooded it over the sprite. Undrinkable ! When you did find a cocktail you liked, each time it would taste completely different...lol. So we stuck to the beer..safest option! There was a handful of staff during our weeks stay that were pleasant enough but otherwise, no interaction from staff.. smiles were just so rare! The cleaning staff we found were the most polite and smiley. And did a great job cleaning the hotel. Our rooms were spotless but the bedding...oh my! It was so small amd like a scratchy towel!! Had to turn the air con off so could keep warm whilst I slept.. My niece wore her jogging suit whilst she slept..in Turkey..lol We found the food nice enough but very repetitive. The grounds are very pretty and the walk to the beach is a delight. The beach itself was ok but sun loungers were a bit tired. Could do with updating. The entertainment wasnt the greatest unfortunately. The shop that sold all the t shirts within the hotel was great. The owner was very friendly and we bought from him often. He did some great deals for us. We made the most of our experience there but would definitely not return. We felt we were invisible as guests.
The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in Turkey 🇹🇷 in 31yrs! The facilities, staff, entertainment and newly refurbished 16yrs+ hotel is a real gem we’ve found! Beach front, pool, yoga 🧘, indoor pool, gym, entertainment team, food and that out of this world atmospheric rooftop bar every day & night, can’t fault it! We will be booking again to return having only just returned home last night.
We, a group of 4 adults have just spent 2 weeks at this hotel. Although we have had nice time away we would under no circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone travelling from the UK. Yes this sounds off but we were the only 4 English people in the complex. The language barrier from about 90% of the staff was the one of the main problems. You were ok if you spoke German, Polish or Russian. There were staff that spoke English but their understanding of the language if there were issues was minimal. For example, cleaning of toilets around the pool, 3 staff wanted to give me serviettes as they thought I needed toilet paper when in fact the toilets needed cleaning. The hotel is advertised as 5* on many company pages and looks really well kept. in reality while the hotel was clean and tidy it is obvious that these photos may have been taken when the hotel was new sits now worn and dated. We arrived late @ 2am due to our flight being delayed. Check in was smooth, taken to the room. There was no information in the room about the hotel, for example, buffet times, pool times, A La Carte restaurant, coffee shop, lunchtime cafe, the safe (which had to be rented, another shock for a 5* hotel), mini bar (that turned out to be just a fridge with water in it). We had to find these things ourselves, some of which we never found as we didn't know they existed. The room was adequate, but definitely not 5*. Asked for extra bedding which took 2 days and further requests to arrive. A broken shower attachment also took over 2 days to repair, with daily request. The room was not cleaned daily and we had to ask for the bedding to be changed every time as it didn't happen otherwise. We didn't expect this daily but at least twice a week would have been nice along with a change of towels. The bottled water, tea, coffee, etc were also not replaced. We did raise this issue with reception and it improved for a day then fell short again. The buffet, this was clean and tidy, again the staff had a big language barrier if your only language was English. Yes there was a lot of choice food wise, but it was very repetative and some dishes appeared daily. The food was never hot, mainly warm, fish, chips, eggs, & sometimes the chicken. If you like fried eggs for breakfast then you're OK. Their allergy information was almost non existent. Ok if you had a gluten allergy as this was on most dishes, but nothing about dairy, seeds etc, which was important to us as one of the party has a Sesame allergy. The bars were clean and tidy, but the language barrier was again a problem. My husband asked for 4 beers and got 4 Baileys! Although in a foreign country the soft drinks tasted off and local alcohol was not nice at all. The cocktails were something else. We didn't manage to find one that was palatable. Would have expected a 5* hotel to have a better choices. My husband fell over on a wet floor due to a drink spillage, the bar man didn't come to his aid or acknowledge that he had fell. Not one member of staff came to see if he was ok. It took over 15 minutes to clean this up, but no signage was put up to warn other guests of the spillage. When we raised this with guest services a day later, he didn't even ask if my husband was OK, luckily he was, just bruised. On the last but one day, we were approached by a member of staff from Guest Services, again another service we didn't know existed. We mentioned all the above to him, and although he said that English was his second language he didn't comprehend some of what we were saying. He couldn't understand that we weren't informed of his service. He gave us what turned out to be lip service and empty promises of a late checkout and a potential booking at the A La Carte. He said he would get back to us following discussions with his manager but never did. We managed to have an enjoyable holiday with family, but this was due to us making it so, not due to the hotel facilities or staff. The hotel is in need of an update both internally and externally . Although the food was adequate it needs review. We would definitely not recommend this hotel for English guests mainly due to the language barrier.
