Sunprime C-Lounge

We stayed at this adults-only hotel Oba Sunprime C-Lounge, and everything fully lived up to our expectations – and more. The trip went perfectly from start to finish, and we felt in safe hands the whole way. The hotel appears beautiful, modern and well-maintained throughout. The room was lovely, the cleaning was top notch every single day, and the staff was friendly and service-minded. There were new sunbeds by the pool area and plenty of them, so there was never a problem finding a good spot to relax. The food was delicious and varied, and the selection of drinks was really good. Every day offered new taste experiences, and the quality was consistently high. Oba Sunprime C-Lounge is a fantastic adults-only hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We really felt that we got a lot of holiday for the money, and the stay was worth every penny. Many thanks to C Lounge for another successful holiday. When it comes to the best, we choose you. we have never stayed in Alanya before we decided to try this adults only hotel which is smaller than some hotels we have stayed at before the hotel has its own beach we found the staff helpful and friendly we where disappointed with the drinks as we could not get any of the named brands which we normally drink I struggled with the food as not much in the way of plain all seemed to be mixed with something We where told by our rep that on Thursday there was a small market outside the hotel we found it to be a large market selling things from clothes handbags everything you could think of and also lots of fruit and veg it was here before 9 am and had gone by about 3 pm worth a visit we went into Alanya and on our way back people where getting off at our stop to go to the market we found that the transfer from the airport to this hotel was 3 hrs we also had to change bus at 1 hotel before being taken to the hotel so on the way back we left the hotel just after 8 am to do pickups and get to the airport for our flight

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Felt at home and looked after as soon as we arrived at 2 in the morning. The rooms are excellent and cleaned every day. As are all the areas. We had a overlooking to sea which was well worth the extra. The beds are really comfortable and the pillow choice is great. My husband celebrated his 74th birthday while we were there and was spoilt with wine, nuts and fruit in the room and a decorated table at the evening meal and when we booked the al a carte. Food was really god with fantastic choice and themed evenings. The entertainment was varied and well thought out as catered for all tastes, ages and nationalities. The spa downstairs is well worth a visit. So relaxing and my husband enjoyed a couple of shaves. Would love to name some of the staff but might miss someone else and as they were all fantastic don’t want to upset anyone. The position of the hotel is perfect, just outside the main town, but lots going on around. The market is right outside on a Thursday morning which is well worth a wander round Loved the hotel, staff and location. Looking forward to returning

An utterly tasteless and deeply unpleasant hotel with a buffet so revolting it looked as though the hair and worms were competing for space in the food. Every meal felt like a biological experiment gone terribly wrong. The entire place carried the atmosphere of a damp grey prison rather than a holiday destination. To make matters worse, they introduced me to a bizarre-looking man who was supposedly the hotel manager. A painfully inadequate individual who could barely string together a sentence in English, yet wandered around the property wearing the expression of someone entirely unaware of the disaster surrounding him. He simply stood there grinning vacantly while guests were left to endure the filth, the miserable atmosphere, and the spectacular incompetence on display. At one point I realised the manager perfectly reflected the buffet itself: empty, unappealing, neglected, and impossible to take seriously. That was the exact moment I understood I was staying in one of the most dreadful establishments imaginable. The staff looked deeply unhappy, the environment was cold and lifeless, and the entire hotel felt colourless, soulless, and aggressively ugly. Not luxury, not comfort — merely a sewer with beds pretending to be a hotel.
