First of all, a big thank you to the customer service team and the entire staff. We didn’t set off with high expectations, but we received much more than we dared to hope for. The hotel acknowledged our special occasion in an exceptionally thoughtful way, and we felt their kindness was truly genuine. Even though the long season was already drawing to a close, everyone remained polite and kept a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and compact in size. The food was typical of an all-inclusive offering, but of excellent quality. The à la carte-style snack service was good and worked flawlessly. The sea-view room was fantastic, and the beds, in particular, were the best we have experienced in Turkey. There was plenty of hot water, even though it rained for several days. The hotel’s clientele consisted largely of an older demographic, for whom this place is a perfect fit. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return. Ensinnäkin suuret kiitokset asiakaspalvelutiimille ja koko henkilökunnalle. Emme lähteneet matkaan suurin odotuksin, mutta saimme paljon enemmän kuin uskalsimme toivoa. Hotelli huomioi erityisen tilaisuutemme poikkeuksellisen huomaavaisella tavalla, ja koimme heidän ystävällisyytensä aidoksi. Vaikka pitkä sesonki oli jo päättymässä, kaikki pysyivät kohteliaina ja hymyilevinä. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja kooltaan kompakti. Ruoka oli tyypillistä all inclusive -tarjontaa, mutta laadultaan erinomaista. À la carte -tyylinen välipalatarjoilu oli hyvä ja toimi moitteettomasti. Huone merinäköalalla oli upea, ja erityisesti sängyt olivat parhaat, joita olemme Turkissa kokeneet. Lämmintä vettä riitti runsaasti, vaikka satoikin useana päivänä. Hotellin asiakaskunta koostui pääosin varttuneemmasta väestä, joille tämä paikka sopii täydellisesti. Kaiken kaikkiaan voin suositella tätä hotellia lämpimästi. Palaamme varmasti takaisin.

I’ve had the chance to stay at this hotel a few times. I’d like to express my satisfaction every single time. From the food at the buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms, the attention to detail and quality are always consistent. Even if you miss mealtime, there’s a snack menu available by the pool. It’s open until midnight. You’ll receive special attention at both the lobby bar and the pool bar. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I’d especially like to mention Yasemin—her constant smile makes my vacation special. With her attentiveness and solution-oriented approach, she manages to help with everything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunprime C-Lounge in Alanya. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The bed is comfortable and I enjoyed the facilities e.g. the swimming pool and sauna. I very much recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the coming years.

A lovely stay, even though the weather wasn’t quite on our side. The hotel was clean and beautiful, with a wonderful spa. The staff were friendly and extremely service-minded. A special mention goes to Ramazan! He always went the extra mile to make our stay special. Always welcoming, cheerful and smiling!
