Unfortunately, despite the hotel having good facilities and a very nice room, our overall experience was disappointing and we would not return. The biggest issue by far was the buffet and general level of service. The main buffet area felt far too small for the number of guests and was regularly chaotic. As a family with two young children, trying to find a table at mealtimes became stressful and frustrating. On many occasions we struggled to find anywhere to sit, and even when we eventually did, the staff were generally not very attentive. It was unusual for someone to come over and ask if we wanted drinks, and when we did manage to order, they often took a long time to arrive. The staff themselves frequently appeared stressed and overstretched, which gave the impression that the hotel simply did not have enough people working in these areas. Unfortunately, this meant the service often felt impersonal and nowhere near the standard we expected from a hotel of this level. We ended up actively avoiding the buffet where possible and paid extra to eat in the à la carte restaurants instead. On one evening the situation was so poor that we actually ended up eating some of our food standing up because we could not get a table. For an all-inclusive hotel, that simply isn’t good enough. The buffet and dining experience is a major part of the holiday, particularly for families, and it had a significant negative impact on our stay. The hotel does have good facilities and our room was excellent, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to outweigh the problems with the dining areas and the lack of attentive service. We enjoyed parts of our holiday, but based on the overall experience we would not choose to stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely go again. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Mrs. Senem assistant. She was very kind, attentive, and considerate, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attitude was warm and pleasant throughout the experience.

Hotel was fantastic for families food excellent variety was delicious whether Ruthie restaurant or any of the other a la carte restaurants, we can fault hotel in any way for families facilities for excellent service on the halls excellent and a good selection of premium deals and spirits with a wonderful holiday and find it to be excellent value for money for families I wouldn't however book this without kids.

The hotel is really good. The food is extremely delicious. Friendly entertainment team.

Stayed at Susesi Luxury Resort with my family and we had a great time. The place is super clean, amenities are great, and the entertainment team really made the trip special there was always something fun going on. A big shoutout to Ferdi, our waiter, who went above and beyond for us. Extremely polite, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Definitely coming back!
