Susesi Luxury Resort

we stayed at the Susesi Luxury Resort in Belek Atmosphere was great. Room was excellent Value for money Cleaning was on point Noise level was very good Service was excellent, Semina was fantastic, great host. sky is the limit for this young lady. Amenities was perfect.

Had a really lovely holiday with my wife celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is huge but all the staff go out of their way to help you. Drinks were exceptional as was the food. We did have an issue with the AC and was told it was still on winter setting throughout the hotel. Gave us a fan, 2 extra a la carte restaurants and a late checkout. This was thanks to their guest relations Semeena so thank you. Was great to have outdoor heated pool as the water was too cold in the other outdoor pools. Had 2 heated indoor pools as well. Spa areas great with sauna, steam room and gym included with optional spa treatments on offer. The rooms are great but could have done with better housekeeping in sense of being swept/hoovered more than once in the week we stayed there. Mini fridges were great and slats topped up.

Our trip to Antalya was amazing. We stayed at the Susesi Luxury Resort ✨️ if you are going to stay anywhere in Belek it has to be at Susesi Luxury Resort great location you are close to all the fun things to explore in Belek. The atmosphere 👌 is beautiful out of this world the people are lovely. The rooms are amazingly beautiful very luxurious comfortable and very classy 👌. The value of our short holiday was incredibly perfect 👌 its an experience one needs to experience. The cleanliness is the resort was out of this world beyond our expectations the rooms are cleaned everyday and always fresh. The cleanliness of the resort is also incredibly perfect it was as it looked in the pictures. We did not experience any noise during our stay the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and Luxurious woken up to the sounds of the birds singing which was beautiful. The service of the staff was impeccable 👌 there went above and beyond the level of any service one would expect, an absolute pleasure and joy it was lovely to be greeted by familiar faces as you walked around the resort. We were looked after by the most amazing and beautiful Semina who is an incredible guest host always, Semina made our experience totally unforgettablely out of this world she is great asset to the team wishing her and her colleagues who looked after us all the greatest success and we hope to see them all again as we return back to the resort in October with the rest of our family.

This hotel is located in Belek, which is around 40 minutes drive from the airport. It’s a quieter more premium area of the Antalya Coast, perfect for families and couples. The guest services team were extremely welcoming throughout our stay, and our guest relations Semina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of luxury, even during her days off- contacting other members of her team to check in on us to make sure everything was perfect. Other exemplary team members include: Ayşe- bar waitress who always made effort to find us seating on a evening and constantly topped up the bar snacks Mine- who made delicious omelets every morning Mehmet- ensuring our minibar was stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks everyday We had a beautiful relaxing stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a proper holiday to switch off.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything was organized, clean, and very comfortable, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
