Susesi Luxury Resort

For a five star hotel very disappointed with my experience, I’m gonna be honest with the review so let me start with the good bits, firstly the food , fantastic plenty to choose from lots off options , but doing a few five star hotels ….this kind off come as standard , other good point , the staff . But again , Turkishn shut staff are normally very good , my problem was with the hotel it self , so arrived early April , weather wasn’t the best but everything was shut ! No snack bars out side pools were freezing even tho they said they would be open , no entertainment on a night , so to bars …..and this is were it really came down , while we were there ,the hotel had a convention on , for what must off been for the rudest most ignorant people on the planet , on boy did they get the special treatment from the hotel ! The hotel guests were just slung aside while these privileged guests got the full 5 star experience, to a point they even shut the main bar for the guests ,back to rooms , pointless for a family off 4 , big king one single bed , and one horrible futon , I asked to upgrade the mattress on which they must off found a slab off marble and thought that would do the trick, I could go on and be picky like no main beers in the main hotel bar , sheets were dirty …and beach ….well iv seen better and Bridlington……look it wasn’t the the worst , but there is better 4 stars than this hotel

We had the most amazing stay at Susesi Luxury Resort. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The bar staff, restaurant team, and guest relations were all outstanding—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Halfway through our stay, we experienced an issue with our room that was completely out of anyone’s control, but the way it was handled was exceptional. It was resolved quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. We travelled as a family of five and stayed in a triplex room, which was honestly the best setup we’ve ever had. Usually, we have to split into two connecting rooms, so this was a real highlight for us. The pool and facilities were fantastic, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We all had the best time and made some wonderful memories. We would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel in Belek in Antalya is amazing on the staff to the restaurants and rooms there’s been a group of 17 of us and they helped us behind the scenes this hotel, I’d recommend for anyone to stay at whether you’re a couple or family I would like to say to the hotel and to the management I’ve done an amazing job hosting me and my family I will be booking again in the future for this resort thank you very much to all the staff and management at Susesi Luxury Resort I will promote this resort in the future

I am a person who really values quality and I always write honest reviews. If something does not meet my expectations, I say it openly — and over the years I have stayed in hotels that I would definitely never return to. That is why I can genuinely say that Susesi exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We chose Susesi from many other hotels in the area and now I can honestly say we could not have made a better choice. I am writing this review already on the second day of our stay — and if we discover even more amazing things, I will definitely update it later. Before choosing this hotel, I spent a long time reading also the less positive reviews, and now that we are here, I honestly believe many of them are simply unfair and far from the truth. It is really difficult to find anything to complain about here. The rooms are very large, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Even though we chose a room without a sea view, the view still does not bother us at all and everything around the hotel is beautiful. For a family of 2+2, the standard room is more than enough — honestly, there is plenty of space. The minibar is included and replenished every single day. Room service is amazing and never limits anything for us — they even keep giving extra sweets and snacks to the children with a smile :) The food is simply unbelievable — both the quality and variety are on another level. Every meal feels like dining in a top restaurant. One thing we especially appreciated was that the drinks are original branded beverages served in glass bottles, not cheap mixtures from machines. Freshly squeezed orange juice is available, and honestly, that is only a small part of what this hotel offers. Before arriving here, we planned at least one trip into the city to try a “real Turkish kebab,” but now we already know that probably nothing will beat the ones served in this hotel :) Even our children keep saying that the chicken dishes here are the best they have ever eaten. The kids spend almost the entire day collecting seashells and digging in the sand, so for families with children this is truly a perfect place to relax. And after trying the kebabs myself, I already know I will return home a few kilos heavier! Atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and food — everything so far has been absolutely outstanding. Perfect hotel for a family holiday and we will definitely come back.
