Susesi Luxury Resort

Great hotel, it was my second time coming. Very clean and luxurios. Enjoyed the Boccia game a lot played it almost every day, chaima did a great job organizing the event, great person all together!! 10/10 would recommend

We are a family from Uzbekistan, upon arrival we received an upgrade of room from Standard to Family Triple Room, what a surprise!!! Very good rooms and atmosphere! Waterpool is lovely! Food is diverse and very delicious! Special thanks to Dilara and Aizhan nice ladies from Guest Relations!!!

5 star?!! definetly not been all over the world and its no better than a 4 star spain average or typical all inclusive. Travel agent swore it was 5 star "plus plus" hotel is easy 1 hour transfer from airport. staff at reception told us so many lies about room we should have got and one we actually booked im actually embarassed for them. 1st there was electrical fault next day was no room available! how? sure day before it had electrical fault?? told us we booked standard infact borderline argued then i showed paperwork stating exact room. we spent 1st night in wrong room you would need a golf cart to get to and from 1st day of holiday in lobby all morning. grounds and pools and free drinks are ok but the food is brutal. typical all inclusive restaurant you can find anywhere in europe nothing 5 star infact we will be travelling into belek by taxi for actual food nightly now. The restaurant has plenty of staff but its absolute chaos with all nationalities walking about in any direction absolute hell. pools and space around hotel is great weather is amazing most staff polite and can see they are doing their best. But i would say its no better than club mac mallorca infact the food in club mac you can eat. Really was hoping for a true 5 star break was expensive trip and 100% i will be going back to travel agent when home and weigh up options for compensation or legal action as absolute misold! lots of restaurants in hotel but you have to book and pay minimum €25 per head to eat at these,why bother when you can travel by taxi into belek and eat where you choose or be spoilt for choice for similar prices. Honestly gob smacked at the amazing reviews we read and that this place has. Save your money shop around and please dont make the mistake we did. its dressed up and decent resort but not worth the travel or expense

Our experience at the Susesi Hotel was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The hotel has wonderful, spacious rooms with amazing views. The pools and beach are beautiful and well kept. We had the time of our lives! The food was amazing! We loved the variety of food at the buffet. There were local delicacies and international dishes, everything was fresh and delicious. The à la carte restaurants were also a nice change of scenery from the main buffet. The hotel's entertainment staff is something special! They are really amazing, they have tons of energy and they are very good with the children. They know how to have fun and pass that fun onto the guests. Every night we went to the bar for the fabulous shows, the staff put their heart and soul into it and it was obvious that they loved their jobs. The staff made our vacation something special and unforgettable. The staff was always willing to help us with a smile on their face and everything was clean and well maintained. We had such a great time and we can't wait to go back to Susesi Hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing family holiday – 10/10! We are still at Susesi Luxury Resort as I’m writing this review and sadly leaving tomorrow. We have had such an amazing holiday here and genuinely cannot find anything to complain about. Everything has been fantastic from start to finish. Before coming, I had read a few reviews mentioning difficulties finding sunbeds around the pools, but this was not our experience at all. We used the pools at different times throughout the day and always managed to find sunbeds. Of course, they might not always be right in the first row next to the pool, but we could easily find somewhere in the second row or nearby. We never once felt that finding a place was a problem. The beach is also lovely. We really enjoyed spending time there and the whole beach area is very well maintained and a great place to relax. The food has probably been one of the biggest highlights of our stay – absolutely amazing! There is a huge choice, everything we tried was delicious and the variety throughout the holiday has been excellent. Something we particularly loved was the service at the outdoor snack bars. Rather than having to queue and collect your own food, you simply sit down at a table, a member of staff comes over with a menu, takes your food and drink order and everything is brought directly to your table. It makes lunchtime and snacks throughout the day feel much more relaxing and is a really nice touch for an all-inclusive resort. The service in the main buffet restaurant is excellent too. You obviously choose your own food from the buffet, but the staff come to your table to take your drinks order and bring everything to you. The service throughout the hotel really adds to the overall experience. We also booked the Asian à la carte restaurant, Cassia. There was an additional charge, but for us it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious and it made for a really lovely evening. Another big plus is the quality of the drinks. We really appreciated that many soft drinks are served in original bottles rather than just from dispensers. The minibar in our room was also replenished every single day. Our room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily, and the whole resort is very well looked after. The staff have been lovely – friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. The Kids Club deserves a special mention because it is absolutely brilliant. There are different activities every day and so much for children to do. Together with the pools and all the other entertainment around the resort, our children have had an amazing time. We travelled with Jet2holidays and had a very good experience with them as well. The Jet2 representative was at our hotel practically every day, so if anyone needed help or had a question, there was always someone available to speak to. Everything was easy and well organised. We also booked two excursions during our stay and both were fantastic. The first was the Turkish Maldives boat trip. It was a longer journey from the resort – just over two hours – but absolutely worth it. During the boat trip we had three different swimming stops. At one we could jump straight into beautiful deep water, while the other stops also had beaches where we could swim and relax. It was a brilliant day out and we would definitely recommend it. Our second excursion was the UTV Safari in the Taurus Mountains and this was another amazing experience. Driving the UTVs through the mountain terrain, off-road tracks and streams was so much fun and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. If you like a bit of adventure, we would highly recommend it. Overall, Susesi has exceeded our expectations. The food, pools, beach, cleanliness, Kids Club, staff, drinks and atmosphere have all been fantastic. We came here as a family and have had a wonderful week. It is genuinely difficult to think of anything negative to say. A very easy 10/10 from us. We would absolutely recommend Susesi Luxury Resort 🩵
