the hotel in itself was lovely ,great staff, accommodation and amazing food. But the hotel room In stayed in had paranormal activities (room 8217). During my stay I would wake up every. single. night. At 3am - the witching hour. When I would wake up at this time I would be too scared to open my eyes from fear ,and could sense a demonic presence in the room , I know this sounds insane and like a practical joke. But it’s not , I stayed in the top floor of our hotel room which I where I experienced the paranormal activities,and when I slept down on the bottom floor I didn’t have any personal issues. However I was told by one of my family issues that I woke up in the middle of the night ,sat up straight and started talking clearly to them,which I had no recollection of , I don’t have any sort of past with sleep walking/talking so this was extremely abnormal. Please before booking this hotel take this into consideration,this is not a joke.

We visited the Swandor in Kemar in October 2025. This was our first trip to Turkey and we were a little dubious as some of the reviews were not great. We stayed in a family swim up room. Room: Nice size with comfy beds. Daily cleaning and restocking of the mini bar / fridge. The fridge selection was not great but speak to the cleaners and they will add more of the items you like. Can not fault the room or cleaning staff. Definitely happy we paid a little extra for the swim up. Food: There are two main areas to eat, the buffet restaurant and the snack bar. We found the snack bar overlooking the beach was the best place for lunch. There are other restaurant that are available but these come at an extra cost. The main food selections for breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant remain very similar throughout the week but they mix it up every evening by adding some "specialty items" like rib eye steaks, shrimp, crayfish. The primary food options are catered more for our Russian friends but we never went hungry and enjoyed every meal we had. Pool areas: There were always sunbeds available no matter the time of day. One pool is heated to around 28 degrees C and the other is around 20 degrees C. Both main pools were good and never overcrowded. Pier: The pier was a nice touch, we enjoyed sunbathing there and jumping in the ocean off the pier. The waters are crystal clear. Shops: There are plenty of shops on site but its really not worth using them. They are very overpriced especially given that there is a strip of shops about 100 metres from the complex (less than a minutes walk). We found these a lot cheaper than the shops on site and their selection was far greater. Disability Access: One of our children is in a wheelchair and never struggled to get anywhere on the complex. Everywhere had easy access ramps or elevators. Even the beach had decked access routes and beach chairs available. Entertainment: Varied nightly, we enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings. There were live bands, magic shows and dance shows. This was our first all inclusive as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Antalya.

We stayed at this hotel with my family in August, but an incident we experienced completely ruined our holiday. The beach/pier area of the hotel clearly lacked proper safety and maintenance measures. A rusty nail sticking out between the wooden boards pierced my foot, and I had to go to the emergency room in the middle of our vacation. It was both painful and extremely stressful for me and my family. What made the situation even more disappointing was the hotel’s response. All we received was a simple “Get well soon,” and the issue was brushed aside. No responsibility was taken, and not even the slightest attempt was made to offer a solution or compensation. For a hotel of this size and price range, neglecting guest safety to this extent is simply unacceptable. I lost an entire day of my vacation because of the injury. The treatment continued after I returned home, and my foot remained swollen and sensitive for quite some time. My job requires me to be constantly on the move, and this situation affected even my daily life. In short, it wasn’t just my holiday that was ruined — my work routine and health were also impacted afterward. The view, location, and facilities may be nice, but if guest safety and care are missing, none of that truly matters. For these reasons, I regret to say that I will not be choosing this hotel again, and I strongly recommend that others take my experience into consideration when planning their stay.

We went for 5 nights 21_26 October We had a family swim up suite. 2 rooms one above the other. No door on top room. The floors were very. Slippery and the stairs up to the top room were lethal. No hand rail, slippery and sharp corners on n the steps. The light went on automatically every time someone passed our room in the corridor outside. Very annoying as it woke our kids up constantly. The room went up to 26 degrees centigrade at night. I complained and was told the air con only works in the day time in “winter”. Great. So it’s cool in the day when you aren’t in the room. And at night when you want to sleep there is no air con. I couldn’t sleep. As we were on the Ground floor we couldn’t leave the door open. Apart from the security risk, there were quite a few cats around. The swim up pool was nice and I think it was heated. The water park - 4 slides- was fun and there weren’t big queues. Food was very varied with huge choice but it was pretty much the same every day. If we had been there more than 5 nights we would have got very bored. Sea was too cold to swim. The area over the sea had loads of sun beds but no shade whatsoever. The resort itself was soulless and almost depressing. The evening shows were mixed, acrobats, dancers etc Our main issue apart from the lack of air con was the complete lack of soundproofing between floors and outside. The VERY Loud music started at 10AM and continued until at least 23:30. The party night was totally unsuitable for children with music full of swearing. Overall we had a very expensive holiday which was disappointing. We have returned home exhausted and needing a holiday
