We had an excellent stay overall. The kids club was fantastic and kept the children entertained with plenty of activities. The food was good with a decent variety, although nothing particularly fancy or exceptional. The cocktails were very good, and the shisha was among the best we've had at a resort. The staff were friendly, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was great. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend the hotel to families. The only major downside was the beach volleyball court. It appears to have only a thin layer of sand over a hard concrete or rocky base. Many players ended up with cuts, bruises, and other injuries. For a resort of this quality, the volleyball court should be improved to provide a safer playing surface. Despite this issue, everything else was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay.

Nice clean hotel. Delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of entertainment for adults and children.

We’ve just come back from a 10-day family holiday at the spectacular Swandor Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! From the hotel’s location, great design and stunning views to the beach, kids’ club, food, cleaning and staff — everything exceeded our expectations. As a vegan, vegetarian and one pescatarian, I can honestly say that this hotel is a food paradise! I would like to thank the team for the amazing vegan buffet and all the delicious vegan specialties. Every single day we enjoyed plenty of choices: a wide variety of raw and cooked vegetables, fresh fruits (including watermelon and strawberries every evening), hummus, chickpea and bean soups, stuffed vine leaves, beetroot salad, and more. I especially loved the oven-baked zucchini, bell peppers, and aubergines! There were also plenty of options for meat and fish lovers. Also I enjoyed the baked apples and pears, for dessert! My son, Leo, was also very impressed with the kids’ club. They had a huge play area, lots of activities, and incredibly warm and kind staff. The 40 cm-deep children’s swimming pool was also a fantastic idea for younger kids. The evening shows were truly a work of art — the dancers and singers were amazing! We also loved spending time at the patisserie. The rose and lavender tea was my favourite! We went also for hiking, you can find the route and map over there. Thank you very much!

We stayed here for 12 nights and overall had a wonderful holiday. The hotel itself feels very premium, and every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, hard-working, and clearly cared about making sure guests had a good time – that really shone through during our stay. The food was nice and of good quality, though we did find the evening buffet became a little repetitive after a few days; a bit more variety and rotation of dishes would make a big difference. We didn’t try the speciality restaurants ourselves, but we heard great things about them from other guests. One of the biggest highlights for us was the drinks selection – it was excellent, with all the familiar British brands of alcohol available, which we really appreciated. There are a few things we think could be improved. Firstly, the pool towels could definitely be better quality – they felt quite thin and worn. We also felt housekeeping could do with a little more oversight and attention to detail to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. We did notice there were a lot of Russian guests staying during our visit, and at times we found some of them quite rude. We realise this might just be a cultural difference or different expectations, and we didn’t let it spoil our experience at all, but it is something worth mentioning. Overall, this is a good hotel with a lot going for it, and thanks to the hardworking, caring staff, we enjoyed our stay very much. With a few small tweaks, it would be absolutely perfect.
