Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer

We have just returned from a 5 night trip here from the Uk. This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever visited. From day one to leaving the entire experience has been fantastic. The rooms are really nice and kept spotlessly clean and the mini bars are filled every day. The food at the buffets is superb there is so much choose and it’s all fresh and choices from all over the world. The swimming pools are enormous and the beach is a short walk from the pools. There is entertainment at night which is almost professional level entertainment the shows are brilliant. There is fridges all round the pools, hotel, beach and bars with cold water available all day and night and there is food available at late night restaurants. I read before I came that there were lots of Russians and they could be rude and don’t queue. I think these reviews are probably written by people that do lot travel extensively. There are lots of Russians all of whom I found to be polite, friendly and good fun. Nobody queues at the buffets because it’s a no queue system and totally unnecessary. This is the only hotel I have ever visited that I have rebooked for next year before I have left. Honestly book it you won’t be sorry. My only regret is I have to leave and go home.

Excellent family holiday , facilities amazing , friendly staff -only issue with an aggressive lifeguard shouting at us over weight we complained and they didn’t really seem to handle it with any resolution . Looked after so well other areas, place very clean. Would deffo come back , but doors balcony need looking at not safe won’t lock. Few minor improvements and would be 5star

First of all, we really liked the hotel; it was our first visit. The entertainment team was fantastic and energetic we had a great time with them. The evening shows were wonderful, and the service was excellent. We played darts with Bilal from the animation team and had a lot of fun.

Good location, calm hotel,a lot of pools, ideal for relax

We are currently staying at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer and unfortunately, our experience has been quite disappointing, particularly when it comes to customer service, communication, and the way our concerns have been handled. We arrived at around midnight and were initially accommodated in upgraded rooms. However, we were informed that we would have to move to different rooms the following day. As we are travelling as two families with four children, we specifically requested to have rooms located next to each other. Unfortunately, this situation was not handled in a professional or customer-oriented manner. What was particularly unpleasant was the attitude of some members of staff. While our conversation with them was conducted in Russian and English, they were speaking about us in Turkish in front of us. Regardless of whether we understood the language or not, this is highly inappropriate and does not reflect the level of respect and professionalism that guests should receive. We also tried to explain our concerns to the guest relations/management team, but unfortunately, the manager did not make any real effort to understand the essence of the problem or find a satisfactory solution. We felt that our concerns were simply dismissed rather than properly addressed. Another issue is the restaurant schedule. Breakfast ends at 10:00 and lunch is served only from 12:00 to 14:00. This creates a very short and inconvenient window for guests, especially families with children. It is difficult to enjoy time at the beach and return to the restaurant within the available lunch hours. We strongly recommend extending the lunch service or providing a wider meal-time interval. Overall, our main disappointment is not necessarily with the hotel facilities themselves, but with the attitude towards guests and the lack of willingness to properly resolve problems when they arise. We expect hotel management and reception staff to be attentive, respectful, professional, and solution-oriented, especially when guests are travelling with children and have made reasonable requests. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, the attitude of both management and reception staff has not met the standard we would expect from a hotel of this level. We hope that our feedback will be taken seriously and that the remaining part of our stay can be handled with greater professionalism and consideration for the guests.
