A disgusting hotel with terrible service. The food is spoiled and there is dirt everywhere. The selection is comparable to a hotel with no stars. The beach is a dirty public area where locals go fishing, and reaching it requires taking a bus. The hotel is located directly on the roadside with constant truck traffic, surrounded by construction sites and piles of trash. We were forced to look for restaurants just to be able to satisfy our hunger. I have never seen such a low-quality hotel. The staff are dishonest. When I specifically asked for coffee made in the coffee machine, they misled me and simply poured coffee into another cup, pretending that a coffee machine was being used. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The food was absolutely disgusting and clearly unsafe. I found hair in the food multiple times, and several dishes appeared to be made from spoiled ingredients. This is not just low quality — it’s a serious hygiene issue. Cleanliness across the hotel was unacceptable. Dirty surfaces, lack of proper maintenance, and an overall feeling of neglect made it impossible to feel comfortable at any point during the stay. The service was just as bad. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any concerns were ignored instead of being handled properly. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, food safety, or customer service. A truly awful experience.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding, truly professional service and incredible attention to every detail. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the guest is always the top priority—and it shows in every aspect of the stay. It’s also a perfect place for families—kids have an absolute paradise here, with plenty of attractions, space to play, and thoughtful amenities just for them. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the overall standard is exceptional. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to and highly recommend to others!

The hotel is new, opend last year. It is very clan, the room is modern and cozy. Is ultra all inclusive, is has a main restaurant and other spaces were is the candy bar and snack bar after the breakfst,lunch and dinner. The food is a mixt, from turkish cuisine to italian, french ,asian dishes Is has kids club and a small pool for kids. I really liked that the infinity pool was heated . The bar is one 24/7. And the staff is amazing, they are really paying attention and do help the guests. There is a animation team that really is outstanding, and they take the time to speak with all the guets and get a better understanding of their clients need. The is yoga, darts, airgun, and diffrentfym sesions in the pool.
