The room was very Damp,had a terrible smell,and the paint was peeling off the walls.It was extremely dirty ,and the housekeeping service was unacceptable!

First class hotel first class staff and excellent manager thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.food was fantastic. Entertainment was brilliant and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The manager is an absolute diamond. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

We came here for six days me and my daughter. We love it here. Everything was so good. Servise restaurant animation cleaning.. stuff was also kind and nice. I hope we come back.

We were hesitant at first due to some bad reviews, but this hotel completely surprised us. It is super clean, beautiful, and cleaned every single day. The reception staff was very helpful and immediately fixed our incorrect room category when we checked in on June 11th.Huge plus for the Kids Club, where Esra, Seyma, and Hasret did an amazing job with the children – they were so active and engaging!The food was a bit repetitive at the beginning for a 5-star hotel, but during the last two days, the variety was upgraded (especially the breakfast) and became really good. We are super happy with our stay!
