SY Hotels Belek Boutique Luxury

We have just returned home from SY Belek Boutique Luxury hotel. A lovely clean hotel, great location, amazing staff and delicious food… The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we decided to upgrade our room and they were very efficient and accommodating. Seray on reception was especially wonderful throughout our stay, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she made our stay more special. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels and complementary toiletries. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept, the food was fresh and plentiful with always something delicious to enjoy. The staff were welcoming and friendly at meal times and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The location was good, with The Land of Legends across the road with lots of shops and the Theme park. The Saturday market is Belek is a must with many stalls selling clothes, trainers and coats and more ..with lots of shops too. The Tuesday market is 15mins walk, it’s ok, but not so good as Belek. We didn’t go to the beach, but i understand it’s very nice with food provided by the hotel. There are lots of attractions too. I would definitely recommend this hotel as five star 🌟 C. Hoyle

We have just returned from a short break at the SY Luxury Belek and overall we were really impressed with everything. I was a bit nervous having read some of the more negative reviews but we found the hotel to be clean with great rooms (duplex were really spacious and comfortable), food was always good in the buffet and the bbq was great every night. The pool areas were clean and never seemed too busy. Overall, for a short stay of a week this hotel was great for families and adults with everything you'd expect from an all inclusive in Turkey. A special mention for the staff who were really helpful, especially the ladies on the reception desk.

We stayed at SY Luxury Belek from 8 to 18 October 2026, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best holidays I have ever had – and I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. First of all, I would especially like to thank Aksana Kaya for answering all my questions before our arrival and for her help regarding our room. Her kindness and attention made a wonderful first impression even before our holiday began. One of the first things you notice about SY Luxury Belek is that the hotel is new, and this is clearly visible in both the rooms and bathrooms. What impressed me even more is that the staff seem to make a real effort to keep everything looking fresh and well maintained. During our stay, we noticed that even small imperfections were repaired immediately – for example, small marks or damage on the walls were filled and repainted. Another excellent feature is the hotel’s online guest system. Once you connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, you immediately have access to the guest area, where you can report any issue or request housekeeping, fresh towels, a change of bed linen or other services. Everything was handled extremely quickly, often almost immediately. The minibar is replenished every day and includes beer, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, tonic water, juice and water, as well as strawberry and chocolate milk for children. My daughter absolutely loved the chocolate milk. One day I sent a request through the hotel system asking for some more, and within about 30 minutes it was delivered to our room. Small details like this really make a difference. The absolute highlight of our room was the terrace with a private pool and daybed, overlooking the larger swimming pool. We spent almost every evening there and absolutely loved it. It was such a beautiful and relaxing space. The hotel has several swimming pools, including an indoor pool, and one of the outdoor pools was heated during our October stay. There is also a very large pirate-themed aquapark, which is a great attraction for families with children. There are several bars around the hotel, including one that is open 24 hours. A good selection of imported alcohol is available, including brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Malibu, Baileys, tequila and rum, and the cocktails were genuinely delicious. Apart from the main restaurant, there is also a lovely Greek-style food street with different food stations offering pasta, kebab, pizza, ice cream, waffles, salads and fast food. We really enjoyed this concept and it was very convenient during the day. Overall, the food was very good. My only small criticism would be that breakfast became a little repetitive after several days, and at dinner I sometimes missed lighter, simpler options. My daughter also missed pancakes. The hotel description mentioned a kids’ buffet, but during our stay there was unfortunately no real dedicated children’s buffet. There was only a small baby corner with baby food jars and sweet desserts. Occasionally there were also cooked or roasted vegetables and chicken in sauce. I think a proper children’s buffet with simple dishes such as pancakes, pasta, rice, vegetables and plain meat would be a great improvement for families. There is also a very nice patisserie serving delicious coffee and desserts, which we visited many times during our stay. A very special mention must go to the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My daughter particularly loved the lifeguards at the heated pool, who were always kind and cheerful with her. The bartenders and housekeeping staff were also lovely and contributed greatly to the overall atmosphere of our holiday. The only real disadvantage of the hotel is the beach, which is approximately 2 km away. However, shuttle buses run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes, so in practice this was not a major problem for us. The beach itself is quite stony, and the entrance to the sea can be difficult, especially for small children, because of the stones and the relatively steep drop. Water shoes are definitely useful. There is a hotel bar at the beach, and I must especially mention the lovely lady preparing fresh Turkish flatbreads/gözleme – they were absolutely delicious and one of our favourite beach snacks. Despite these few small points, our overall experience at SY Luxury Belek was fantastic. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, very clean and comfortable, with excellent service, great pools, delicious drinks and plenty of food options. We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay, and this holiday exceeded our expectations. We would happily return to SY Luxury Belek and can definitely recommend it, especially to families looking for a modern, high-quality hotel with excellent service. In fact, we are already considering returning in the future, possibly together with other members of our family and some friends. The best time thanks to Ahmet at the pool bar, always put so much effort in and took care of us day in day out the atmosphere he created was amazing. Would highly recommend based on the staff mainly Ahmet and the life guard team. Hotel is clean, food is really good all together really good experience.

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing – not the standard we expect from Turkey We travel to Turkey every year and have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, so we have a good idea of the standard you can normally expect. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotels we have stayed in and we definitely would not return. We stayed for 10 days at the end of May/beginning of June. The hotel itself is very small and felt cramped. There was very little space around the pool and not enough room for sunbeds. There was also nowhere for the children to play football or really have any space to play, which was disappointing for a family holiday. The food selection in the main restaurant was very limited compared with other Turkish all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. There was no seafood such as prawns or salmon and generally only around two meat choices. We expected much more variety. One of our biggest disappointments was that ALL of the à la carte restaurants were closed during our stay. We were told this was because it was the Turkish holidays. We couldn't understand why advertised facilities weren't available during our 10-day holiday. We raised this several times and eventually had a meeting with five managers about the problems we were experiencing. Following that meeting, the à la carte restaurants were opened just for us for the final two nights of our 10-night holiday. Ironically, the à la carte meals were lovely and probably some of the best food we had during our stay. This made it even more frustrating because we shouldn't have had to repeatedly complain and have a meeting with five managers just to be able to use facilities that we believed were part of our holiday. It's such a shame because, had they been available as expected, they would have made a big difference to our experience. Drinks service was another major frustration. There was no waiter/table service for drinks at the bars or restaurants, so you constantly had to queue yourself. At busy times the bar queues were very long. There was also no bar open downstairs near the evening entertainment, meaning every time you wanted a drink you had to go upstairs. The advertised 24-hour bar wasn't actually open 24 hours either. Our room wasn't properly restocked. Basic items such as toilet roll and shampoo weren't regularly replaced and the minibar wasn't consistently replenished. Ice cream was only available between 3pm and 6pm, which seemed very restrictive for a family all-inclusive resort. The beach was extremely disappointing and honestly not somewhere we wanted to spend any time. We ended up avoiding it. The most frustrating part of the holiday was having to complain to management several times about different issues. You go on holiday to relax, not to spend your time chasing management to receive services and facilities you expected to be available. We absolutely love Turkey and return every year because we normally find the hotels, food, facilities and service fantastic. Unfortunately, this hotel simply didn't compare with the other Turkish resorts we have experienced. There were some positives — particularly the à la carte food once we were finally able to experience it — but overall the hotel felt too small, cramped and limited, and the service and facilities didn't meet our expectations. Sadly, we wouldn't return.
